At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.
I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfacation of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t.
We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.
How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once.
So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it –
Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.

And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, if your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution (sic), and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – And because you’ll be the biggest paying country, they’re not going to let you out of it.
So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever. And neither you nor any subsequent government you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back.
That is how serious it is. I’ve read the treaty. I’ve seen this stuff about [world] government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to do this to you whether you like it or not.
But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty.
For there is no problem with climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it.
So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:

President Obama Announces Launch of the Major Economies Forum on Energy and Climate
The President is pleased to announce today the launch of the Major Economies Forum on Energy and Climate.
The Major Economies Forum will facilitate a candid dialogue among key developed and developing countries, help generate the political leadership necessary to achieve a successful outcome at the UN climate change negotiations that will convene this December in Copenhagen, and advance the exploration of concrete initiatives and joint ventures that increase the supply of clean energy while cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
President Obama has invited the leaders of 16 major economies and the Secretary General of the United Nations to designate representatives to participate in a preparatory session at the Department of State on April 27-28 in Washington, D.C. The preparatory sessions will culminate in a Major Economies Forum Leaders’ meeting, which Prime Minister Berlusconi has agreed to host in La Maddalena, Italy, in July 2009.
The 17 major economies are: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, the European Union, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Denmark, in its capacity as the President of the December 2009 Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, and the United Nations have also been invited to participate in this dialogue.

Lord Monckton received a standing ovation and took a series of questions from members of the audience. Among those questions were these relevent to the forthcoming Copenhagen treaty:
Question: The current administration and the Democratic majority in Congress has shown little regard for the will of the people.
They’re trying to pass a serious government agenda, and serious taxation and burdens on future generations. And there seems to be little to stop them. How do you propose we stop Obama from doing this, because I see no way to stop him from signing anything in Copenhagen. I believe that’s his agenda and he’ll do it.

I don’t minimize the difficulty. But on this subject – I don’t really do politics, because it’s not right. In the end, your politics is for you. The correct procedure is for you to get onto your representatives, both in the US Senate where the bill has yet to go through (you can try and stop that) and in [the House], and get them to demand their right of audience (which they all have) with the president and tell him about this treaty.
There are many very powerful people in this room, wealthy people, influential people. Get onto the media, tell them about this treaty. If they go to www.wattsupwiththat.com, they will find (if they look carefully enough) a copy of that treaty, because I arranged for it to be posted there not so long ago.
Let them read it, and let the press tell the people that their democracy is about to be taken away for no good purpose, at least [with] no scientific basis [in reference to climate change]. Tell the press to say this. Tell the press to say that, even if there is a problem [with climate change], you don’t want your democracy taken away. It really is as simple as that.

I don’t believe it until I see it. … Would [Obama’s potential illegitimacy as president] give us a reasonable cause to nullify whatever treaty that he does sign as president?

I would be very careful not to rely on things like that. Although there is a certain amount of doubt whether or not he was born in Hawaii, my fear is it would be very difficult to prove he wasn’t born in Hawaii and therefore we might not be able to get anywhere with that.
Besides, once he’s signed that treaty, whether or not he signed it validly, once he’s signed it and ratified it – your Senate ratifies it – you’re bound by it.
But I will say one thing; they know, in the White House, that they won’t be able to get the 67 votes in the Senate, the two-thirds majority that your Constitution has stipulated must be achieved in order to ratify a treaty of this kind.
However, what they’ve worked out is this – and they actually let it slip during the election campaign, which is how I know about it. They plan to enact that Copenhagen treaty into legislation by a simple majority of both houses. That they can do. But the virtue of that – and here you have a point – is that is, thank God, reversible.
So I want you to pray tonight, and pray hard for your Senate that they utterly refuse to ratify the [new] Treaty of Copenhagen, because if they refuse to ratify it and [Obama] has to push it through as domestic legislation, you can repeal it.

Marking Earth Day, President Obama reaffirmed his commitment to a comprehensive energy plan that lessens our dependence on foreign oil, creates jobs and helps win the race toward clean energy technology. Urban Training Center in Indiana needs actors ~ Oct. 13, 2009
So you think you can act?
The Muscatatuck Urban Training Center near Butlerville, Indiana is looking for a few good actors. Hosting a training exercise next month, the facility needs actors (role players) for onsite civilian training.
The simulated training exercises will help train civilian provincial recovery teams (PRT) for future deployments to the Mid East.
Applications are being accepted for exercises that will take place November 5th through November 11th. No experience is necessary for the acting positions.
Due to the secure nature of the facility, all applicants must be able to pass a background check and be physically able to “practice” in all types of weather for what could be 12-hour days.
The Muscatatuck Urban Training Center is a 1000 acre compound located in Jennings County and was formerly a state mental hospital that provided residential housing for developmentally disabled youths.
In 2004-2005, the entire facility was transitioned into an urban training center for military, governmental, public and private agencies.

Notice to Residents
From Sept 24 to Oct 7, the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, the landing force for the Norfolk-based Nassau Expeditionary Strike Group, will conduct a military exercise in southern Indiana at Camp Atterbury and the surrounding communities, as well as parts of northern Kentucky in the vicinity of Frankfort and Peak Mills.
The Realistic Urban Training exercise, or RUT, is a standard part of a MEU’s pre-deployment training program.
The 24th MEU, based at Camp Lejeune, N.C., is scheduled to deploy in a few months and this exercise is essential in preparing the unit’s Marines and Sailors to operate in an urban area.
What kind of training will the Marines be conducting?
The primary focus for the Marines will be to hone their skills in conducting patrols, operating vehicle checkpoints, reacting to ambushes, and countering the threat posed by improvised explosive devices, among a variety of other skill sets associated with operating in an urban environment.
The Marines’ activity in the communities will center on what are called situational training exercises - a variety of mock missions aimed at replicating the types of missions they might face during their upcoming deployment. In much the same way they would while deployed, the Marines will plan the missions in detail, and then execute them in approved, pre-designated locations.
Where will the training take place?
The Marines will be operating in a number of cities and towns throughout southern Indiana and northern Kentucky including Camp Atterbury, Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Hoosier National Forest, Columbus and Seymour, Indiana, and Frankfort and Peak Mills, Kentucky. Military vehicles and helicopters will transport personnel and equipment between these locations.
While most of the activity will take place aboard the military bases, residents in certain communities can expect to see military vehicles and helicopters moving from one location to another. Residents living in close proximity to a select few sites will be notified in advance that Marines will be conducting simulated raids nearby.
What impact will the training have on area residents?
Many residents will certainly notice more uniformed Marines than they’re accustomed to seeing, and many will notice military vehicles and helicopters operating in the area. The Marines will be living aboard Camp Atterbury, and most of the activity off base will be concentrated in a relatively small number of designated areas.
Where some raids take place, locals may notice role players dressed in Middle Eastern clothing carrying fake, rubber weapons. The impact of the training on most of the community will be minimal.
How much extra noise should residents expect during the exercise?
If residents notice an increase in noise, it will likely come from the helicopters. We have worked closely with the FAA to establish flight paths that minimize, to the greatest extent possible, the impact on area residents.
Still, we know the noise can be a nuisance, and we ask for your patience while we complete this critical training.

A three-day homeland defense exercise, “Falcon Dart” was announced last week by the Massachusetts Air National Guard, and will include F-15 “Eagle” aircraft from Barnes Air National Guard Base in Westfield, intercepting CAP aircraft “in proximity to the Condor Military Operating Area in Maine.”
Other Falcon Dart activities are planned off the eastern seacoast and elsewhere in New England.
In a release announcing the exercise, the ANG wrote: “Communities in New England may experience an increase in fighter jet and Army/DOD helicopter activity as they support this exercise.”
And residents underneath the activity are urged not to be alarmed if what they see appears unusual.
“We didn’t want to startle people if they see things that are not common for that area,” Capt. Matt Mutti, public affairs officer for the 104th Fighter Wing, based at Barnes, told The Citizen
In the Bethel area, residents are no strangers to such activity — since the Condor MOA lies right over our heads (chart).
And also overlying much of the area is low-level training route (VR840), which channels much of the military air traffic into Condor.
Military aircraft operating in Condor (under current rules, which the ANG hopes to change) must remain at an altitude of 7,000 feet (above mean sea level) or more.
But on VR840 they can be as low as 100 feet above the ground.
And while air traffic in Condor is spread out over more than 4,000 square miles, traffic on VR840 is concentrated in a 6.9-mile wide corridor.
Presumably that means that much of the Falcon Dart action “in the proximity of” Condor may be passing over the Bethel area.
Last week’s announcement provided few details regarding the exercises (and efforts by The Citizen to obtain more detail were unsuccessful).
On Wednesday, however, a follow-up release was issued.
It noted that day-one (Wednesday) activities were being conducted primarily along the eastern seacoast, and it offered the following description of activities planned for the following two days:
“On days two and three of the exercise, Air Force C-21s (military version of the Lear Jet 35A business jet) and Civil Air Patrol fixed-wing aircraft will simulate tracks of interest in the Ashland, N.H., area. F-15s from Barnes ANGB, along with fixed and rotary-wing aircraft from U.S. Customs and Border Protection will be launched to intercept the TOIs.”
Ashland N.H, is in the middle of the state, southwest of Bethel. It lies under the Yankee One MOA, but neither of the ANG releases mentions Yankee. As noted above, however, the first release does specifically refer to Condor.
VR840 status online
Residents who wish to learn if the military aircraft plan to use any “special use airspace” (e.g., Condor or VR840) in a given period of time can find such information on the Federal Aviation Administration website.
In the case of VR840, go to http://sua.faa.gov/sua/Welcome.do.
Click the light-blue “SUA List” tab.
Then go to the dropdown under “Type” and click “VR.”
If the route is scheduled for use, it will be listed, along with the beginning and end times.
(Note: the listed times are Zulu, or Greenwich Mean Time, which is four hours later than Eastern Standard Time, but five hours later than Daylight Savings Time. For example, 21:00 Zulu would currently be 16:00 local time, or 4 p.m.)

US Homeland Security center in W.Va. to expand

U.S. Sen. Robert C. Byrd says the Department of Homeland Security has awarded a contract to begin planning for the expansion of a Harpers Ferry training center.
The $2.75 million contract calls for Dunbar-based BrooAlexa Design Joint Venture to begin the initial planning and development for new dormitories at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection training facility.
Byrd says expanding the dormitories will allow the center to expand its course load and allow for increased joint-agency exercises.
The center trains and certifies federal officials who train border patrol officers.
The center is located on 104 acres near Harpers Ferry National Historical Park.

How can we stop this? Petitions, calls, faxes, million plus people marching on Washington don't seem to faze them. They do what they want. They are pushing all this socialistic agenda at us so fast, because they *know* that they may not be reelected in 2010. This implies to me that they *know* that they, OUR representatives, are not voting as we, their bosses, would want them to. They are following another agenda besides being our voice and representative in Washington. Whose or What agenda is that? Soros’??? Has he corrupted that many in Washington?
Again, how do we stop this?
