'This is an issue where the federal government has no business'

Montana statehouse

Supporters of a first-of-a-kind law in Montana that declared weapons or ammunition made and kept in the state were exempt from federal rules are preparing for a court challenge to the federal government's insistence it will regulate those items.

The Montana Shooting Sports Association and the Second Amendment Foundation have formed a strategic alliance with plans to litigate over the Montana Firearms Freedom Act.

The bill was passed by the 2009 Montana Legislature and signed into law by Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer.

In the words of a President: “The Supreme Court has given their opinion, now they may enforce it.”

Perhaps this is why the O was so jumpy about Honduras: their supreme court told the military to oust the president, and they did.

You forgot the local and state police - but I don’t believe they would open fire on their neighbors, friends and family’s.

Even if such push came to shove, I can't imagine the Military killing their own family. As I said above, it's a different time. Plus, it's known that the Military is not happy with current and past politics. It just won't happen.

That's why the Soviets had to bring in Central Asians to do the job in Hungary (IIRC - one of their slave state uprisings, anyway). Our military won't but UN troops from, say, Pakistan? No problem.

Buy Travis's books.

Now wait just a minute here. The Marxist Onada ran as a “uniter” not a “divider”. Surely, none of this is happening. We simply are not seeing what we’re seeing.

I’ve talked to a number of military people, and two in law enforcementabout this very thing. The soldiers said they’d come home to stand with their family, and both the LEO’s would join us. I don’t believe it will come to that, and hope it doesn’t, but we will have all the support we need if it does.
The support we could get would completely overshadow anything that the commies could come up with.

Montana's plan is called "An Act exempting from federal regulation under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution of the United States a firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured and retained in Montana."

heheh, the title alone is a big 'f u big brutha'...I'd imagine the Sheriffs best be gettin on the same page and be prepared to protect their constituents from the ninja that will surely try to make a few examples...

Waco could end up being small taters...

If they try another “Waco”,
it won’t be sniper fire from
_within_
their perimeter that they’ll have
to worry about.

If they invite foreign troops to fire on US ciizens?

Treason by definition.

And a Trident sub will "accidentally" let loose a salvo or two.

Game, set, and match to the citizens.

Cheers!

Actually, PA can live with just Pittsburgh. Just give Philly to NJ and you’re good to go.

If it were not for minority bloc voting, there would be no democratic party running us into the ground.

I am finally encouraged for our Republic to see so many States (37?) passing resolutions regarding States' rights via the 10th Amendment. Although resolutions are non-binding, it says a lot about the current thinking of the individual States.

Entirely symbolic, but a start, nonetheless. Now, let's have some state laws requiring presidential candidates to provide documentary evidence of constitutional eligibility, so we can get this "Natural Born Citizen" issue before the SCOTUS.

This issue is casting doubt on the legitimacy of the current POTUS. We simply cannot have that.

Whether it is a shooting revolution or not, it is still a revolution. And the revolution is to eliminate the socialists and the marxists.

Right now they control education, Hollwood, a lot of the press, and the government.

We must revolt against them. The most effective means of this revolution is in states rights, but we must all educate our children, or they will brainwash them.

So, what happens once the SCOTUS shoots this down?

Nothing. Many people seem to forget that the SCOTUS is a part of the federal government. Thus it is as constrained by the explicit language of the 2nd's "shall not be infringed" as the legislative and executive branches. Quite simply, a plain language reading of the US Constitution's Bill of Rights shows no federal agency or branch is authorized power over states in the area of "arms." This strict Constitutional prohibition would of course include the federal Judaical branch. See, a plain language read of the 2nd, 9th and 10th Amendments of the Bill of Rights.

“Most likely we would see a Military coup, or the least a mutiny within the middle ranks of the military”

Be careful what we wish for as there are always unintended consequences.
