A couple of years ago I went limping with one my kitties to the vets. I could hardly drive. The vet told me to buy Ibuprophin. He said to take one now and another in 8 hours. Period. Driving back home, I noticed a great difference.

looking at table 3-1 (3-14 page 157) its confusing between Honolulu city and county rest of county etc but Hawaii state on the whole shows 100 not attended of 17,516.

Congress has indeed made laws that define and explicate Citizen-At-Birth status
So, let’s take a look at these laws, to determine whether they’re:
A) Unconstitutional due to Congressional overreach, beyond express limitation to naturalization by the Constitution itself, or:
B) Only dealing with naturalization, and therefore not natural born, which is therefore correct per the power enumerated to Congress by the Constitution itself.
You keep banging your head on this, but if what you repeatedly insist is so, it’s either unconstitutional or the law only deals with naturalization. Take your pick. It can be no other way, jamese777.
The public law “Title 8, Chapter 12, Subchapter III, Part 2, § 1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth” has been on the books for decades and its never been challenged as unconstitutional.
The issue is indeed “another way” and I’m not “banging my head” at all!
That other way is that Article Two, Section One, Clause Five of the Constitution plus the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution plus the Public Law that defines the term “citizen at birth” all have the exact same meaning: someone born in the US.
I believe that to be why Barack Hussein Obama II is the duly elected and sworn in 44th President of the United States today. Remember that when Vice President Cheney certified the vote of the Electoral College, all it took was any two members of Congress (one senator and one representative) out of 535 to object to the vote being certified and an investigation would have had to be held by Congress of the objection. Not one member of Congress objected. There’s a reason for that.
The way to get rid of Obama is to defeat him at the polls in 2012.

I remember a mention of a her sending a post card from a ship, too. I first went looking in the Google cached "Obamafile" trying to find the family history pages which wasn't working out too well. Along the way, I hit the link for the live page rather than the cached copy and surprise! the site is back up which I did not know. (Great news - great resource)

It is difficult to keep the myriad of details straight in all this, but I seem to remember a mention of the post card sent by Ann from a ship in one of the other interviews with this woman, the one in which she hung up on the investigator. It is possible that what we are remembering is her mentioning the post card and then an FR poster conjecturing that it might have been sent from a ship.
NOTE: It is interesting how many outside or off site links on the ObamaFile pages now go to something different. A newspaper link now shows a page of classified ads; a missionary web site with an anecdotal from Obama's early years - the whole site is gone - just 2 examples. Busy Obots.

It does when you keep seeking statutory law to justify it, jamese777. Congress has no authority over anything but naturalization. There are limitations to Amendment per Marbury v. Madison that prevent the 14th Amendment from having done what you insist, as well.
The original intent of the Founders, for the meaning of natural born citizen stands unchanged and unamended as a result.
If you want to argue that original intent was not two citizen parents and born of the soil, then I suggest you familiarize yourself with Blackstone and English common law. There are many problems with taking this tack, but many purported Constitutional "scholars" have done so, so you would have company.
That's the only way you can have a hope of arriving, acceptably, at your seemingly predetermined outcome.
E. The Canadian Press wrote an article about how information was being suppressed way back to before the election because talking heads had been threatened if they mentioned the BC. They said they had documentation/proof. They promised more information would soon be released. Radio broadcast named networks and said Bush had cooperated. Since I hardly expect you to spend 3 hours listening to the Laurie Roth show out of Washington State, and I did; I’ll give you the benefit of some of my notes.
The show is an interview of Doup Hagman (Private Eye, licensed in 33 states) and Judi McLeod (Editor, Canada Free Press) on their investigation behind their story published earlier this week that multiple major TV and Radio networks and anchors have been threatened by the Obama Administration on the loss of their licenses and more if they MENTION the Birth Certificate controversy on air. Furthermore they were given a list of terms they could use skirting and skewing the topic if it is brought up by a guest. Doug and Judi have original, signed affidavits, meeting notes, etc. secreted in several places, both inside and outside the country backing their claims.
What was the bombshell? Names of the Networks. Further details of the plans, etc.
Fox News, NBC, CBS, CNN and 2 large radio networks that Doug refused to name. Threats were professional and personal and implied bodily harm against family. The White House operates an Internet War Room of paid and unpaid posters that have infiltrated both left and right discussion websites — FreeRepublic and Daily Kos were mentioned. The purpose of this network is specifically to marginalize the legitimacy of the birth issues. The message is DO NOT QUESTION THIS PRESIDENT! (or his birth certificate, oaths of allegience, passport info, college records and activities, legal licensing in IL, etc.)
Some of the people at the highest level involved in this news blackout include George Soros, Rahm Emanuel, David Axelrod and even members of the Bush Admin who colluded with the Obama camp during the transition to make these questions go away. THey also mentioned someone named Maury (?) Strong who conspired with Soros and vowed in 2004 (?) to bring the US auto industry down. Strong and Soros are behind the import of Chinese vehicles.
At the end of the show, Philip Berg called in and announced that he still has 3 lawsuits pending aimed at forcing Obama to reveal his birth certificate. One of them names Barry Soetoro and involves false claims. It claims that Barry Soetoro is an illegal alien and wants to force him to return back salary and benefits accorded him when he falsely took the position of State Senator from IL. It also accuses the Whitehose of having a conflict of interest with Eric Holder dating back a number of years. That is at the very end of Hour #3 if you want to skip ahead and get the actual words. Get the popcorn. This will be interesting to watch.

I wouldn't have a clue as to where to start. Don't we have FReepers in Hawaii that could help us out? We used to have a way to look at State lists on this site, but I haven't done that in years. Don't know if it is still possible. Am at work right now, I'll get back to you after I'm home.
