Not sure about the rules on that.
What is the country of birth if it takes place on the “open” ocean (i.e, outside the 12-mile limit)?
Is it based upon ship registry, destination, departure, closest country at time of birth, based upon parent(s) citizenship, etc?

Ghana was, as best as I know, the first independant african nation to have its own shipping line. Yes, it was cloves out of the East, and cocoa out of the West.

THE PORT OF MOMBASA can trace its history back many centuries to a time when dhows called at the Old Port on the north side of Mombasa Island.
As a result,a new port was created at Kilindini Harbour in 1896
Two more berths were built in 1944 to cope with a sudden increase in shipping and traffic as a result of Britain’s wartime naval requirements in the Indian Ocean. Berth No 6 was omitted due to unfavourable foundation conditions. A second lighterage wharf was built in 1954 with eight head jetties. Two deepwater berths – also on the island – were added in 1955 and 1958.As the level of cargo and ship traffic continued to rise,the port was obliged to expand to the mainland at Kipevu where berths Nos 11 and 12 were completed in 1961.The Kipevu Oil Terminal was built in 1963 to serve the East Africa Oil Refinery. Two more berths were completed in 1967.
Kenya gained independence in 1963 while her East African neighbours,Tanzania and Uganda,became independent in 1961 and 1962 respectively. In 1967 the three countries joined forces to set up the East African Community (EAC). They also created a new authority,the East African Harbour Corporation,to run the principal ports of Dar es Salaam,Mombasa and the oil port of Tanga. There was positive development under this new organisation,but with the collapse of the EAC in 1977,the running of Kenya’s ports was taken over by the national government,which established the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) in 1978.KPA was enlarged in 1986 when it merged with the autonomous state organisation Kenya Cargo Handling Ltd to form a single body responsible for all aspects of national port development and operations.

RE in which the BO administration is investigating the CIA: They forgot their own rule (don’t go after institutions):
RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

A. BO is scrubbing documents.
B. BO cannot be certain that he has scrubbed EVERY document: every copy of his BC etc etc etc. (AND there is No doubt that he has tried. He’s hiding something)
C. Who’s to say that the FBI/CIA/Interpol isn’t involved in this?
1. Bush cooperated (See Canadian recent news or radio program) maybe at their requests.
2. Bill Clinton recently visits CIA (takes trip to Korea—Freepers notice BO body language is negative and WJC return with girls.
D. Pissant downloaded a large number of articles re: the BC right before the “fake one” came out. (Remember thinking when there’s a lot of flack, we’re over the target: Something was going to happen and it did.) Timing suspect.
1. Orley document asked to be authenticated and others created that were soon proven false.
2. Orley’s website compromised (Soro’s son on Google board)
a. A web-obot said he created Orley’s document.
b. BP2 shows how pictures of web-obot are not like Orley’s (Maiden/ stain)
E. The Canadian Press wrote an article about how information was being suppressed way back to before the election because talking heads had been threatened if they mentioned the BC. They said they had documentation/proof. They promised more information would soon be released. Radio broadcast named networks and said Bush had cooperated. Traced much to Soros and Company (including BO)
1. If false information it looks like bait to me...Come and get it the guys in Red have the place covered)
2. If true Obama is desperate (and dangerous and crazily deceitful)
3. Net works named have remained quiet and have not responded to the Canadian “news”
4. Dobbs is reporting on BC. Making it an question of openness.
F. Neither D or E could have been accomplished by some kid in his parents basement (Forgery yes but coordinating all those media outlets, NO. Particularly because they were each different: not from talking points)
G. Bo would have that power. He would have no reason of knowing if a document given to Orley was authentic or not, unless he/his minions faked it himself.
1: If he thought there was any possibility it was authentic, he’d be searching just like us.
2: He’d try to destroy it and Orly if he thought it was real. Act immediately.
3: IF he faked it himself, he’d wait until Orly was actually in court to expose her.....Let the authenticators expose her.

So, O sr was in Hawaii when registering O's birth in Kenya. So O sr did travel to Hawaii with Dunham, but how did the Kenyan BC get the Aug 5 date?
Was the Hawaiian BC filed the same time the Kenyan BC was? That Aug 9 date.

Mombassa port was originally used in the 1500 by the Portugese....then the Dutch and then English....finally on their own.

I bought and read this issue of the Globe and read the article. I am heartened to say that I am seeing this issue prominently displayed in news racks in local drugstores and grocery stores: no one is hiding it behind anything else.
The Globe's article emphasizes a Canadian birthplace.
The only constitutional requirements for eligibility to be president are birth within the United States, being age 35 or above and having 14 years residence in the United States.
You know perfectly well that is *NOT* what the Constitution says. You may be of the opinion that it’s what it means, but that’s what it is, your opinion.
From the article, it gets even more confusing. Evidently, the Brits had leased the strip and paid the lease monies to the Sultan of Zanzibar.
As I said, it is very possible that there could be three birth records from that strip.
It was OWNED by Zanzibar.
It was a Brit protectorate leased from Zanzibar.
It became part of the Kenyan government when they were granted independence in 1963.
In either case, there would be a British record. That doesn’t negate the fact that others might exist.

That’s the PORTS - now you need to find the SHIPS that went in and out...which country had a shipping line, which cargo ships offered berths to passengers? Which of those ships that offered passenger berths, could be boarded from the mainland US?

And you think that means anything? The issue only arises in conjunction with eligibility to the office of President, per Article II section 1 of the Constitution. BHO is paying big bucks, or his PAC is, to ensure that no court ever address that issue.
Legal Adult is not the same for all purposes, AFAIK, it was still 21 for renouncing your citizenship. But he did not need to renounce any Indonesian or Kenyan or British citizenship in order to retain his US Citizenship, assuming he had it to begin with, or was naturalized along the way somewhere. Same, without the naturalization obviously, with Natural born citizenship.
Basically US law does not care what other countries might think on the issue. However traveling on a foreign passport, when entering the US, after whatever the "renunciation age" was at the time, is one method of renunciation.
‘Anna Obama’ is listed in the Polk Directory 1961/62.
‘Obama. Stanley Ann Dunham’ is on the University course attendance card.
‘Ms Stanley Ann Dunham’ is the name on the letter received through FOI - from the University with dates of ‘attendance’ - where-as the card shows ‘extension courses’
Each one contradicts the other to a certain extent.
Why?
Why is it that everything to do with her, is such a mess?
Might it be that she NEEDED to make it appear she was living at a certain address to someone or some people who KNEW of her as Anna Obama?
Might it be that she enrolled as Stanley Ann Dunham because she had to identify herself when she enrolled?
Might it be that the OBAMA was added to the enrollment AFTER SHE TOOK THE NAME?
Might it be that she was NOT on the mainland?
Might it be that someone helpful, who understood her need to be SHOWN as living on the mainland, whilst she was elsewhere...collected the course work for her, mailed it to her...and if necessary, handed it in when completed?
All I am trying to do is show how it’s possible to LOOK as if you are in one place whilst NOT even being in the COUNTRY!
Or evidence of naturalization, or of foreign birth.
