Regarding my comment earlier on Law of Nations, I was referring to the term as it appeared in the Constitution. There, it was not referring to the book, but in the Venus case I take your word for it. But again, the dissent is not binding on us. You are free to use it as an argument, but it is not the case that I must accept it. On the other hand, what the Supreme Court has ruled in various other citizenship cases, both you and I are required to accept as binding law.

I don't believe that anything comes to light unless they are trying to remove the attention from important items. This September 30 is the year end for the corporate Federal Reserve, remember the last September debacle just what is in store for this year. Rumors are of another bailout.
What about Basel II and Basel III? I thought it was poppycock until I started getting resumes that referenced it as items they specifically worked on. Very interesting conversations. It is being or has been implemented in allot of banks and yet not media coverage.
Watch the money, that is where the battle is and things like the birth certificate only come to light when cover is needed for larger things.
With the amount of money that was put into this bailout, just how many people do you really believe were helped.

You try to mischaraterize what people post in discussion so you can then attack the mischaracterization as if it were the actual, proving your motivation is not to discuss, it is to herd the discussion where you've been instructed to take it if you can. The American Way is NOT believing something without evidence. That’s anti-American, in my opinion.
I have sufficient proof to say that Obama is an enemy of freedom and an enemy of America, but I do not have sufficient proof to say that he is not a natural born citizen. I really don’t know whether he is or not. I cannot in good conscience state he is not a natural born citizen, because he might be one. I just don’t know.
My nose tells me something is rotten here; but what it is, I don’t know. And neither do you or anyone else here. That’s the only bone I am picking. We have to be smart. We help Obama when we believe speculation and fall for every rumor. Heck, I’m as guilty as anyone of having done it. But I learned my lesson and I am hoping and praying that Freepers learn theirs so we can intelligently save ourselves from Obama and his evil minions and followers. If we continue to be stupid (yes, if we commit stupid errors like believing EVERYTHING), Obama wins. That’s the truth.

The documents you all have been reading and studying I did in high school with a very gifted teacher, and with my father as a child growing up. I know what I believe. I don't need to redo the lesson. I took the test then and don't have any desire to study, quote or argue my point now.(BTW our debate team won nationals my SR year....I was sick, but the two guys who represented us both knew I could beat them)
Bottom line is: Some on the thread are still looking for the lesson. Some studied it in great detail last summer/fall/winter/spring. We've move on to other things now.

I don’t know WHERE he was born. You don’t either. I think that anyone who thinks he MIGHT have been born elsewhere is reasonable, but someone who simply thinks he WAS born elsewhere without evidence is foolish.
