Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

Bill-shmill!
The 14th ammendment says that the parents have to be here legally, and not immune to our laws. That won’t go away by any act of congress. The congress cannot ammend the constitution.
“As Malias self-appointed Presidential campaign manager...”
LOL!
Hi John,
That's a neat idea, and much simpler than trying to pass a legal change to US or state laws. If only the Republicans had enough spine to act on your suggestion....
Barack himself somewhere said his mother was in Kenya 72 hours before he was born
______________________________________________
Where did he say that ???
Did he say when she left again ???
Did she arrive and then have Obama 3 days later ???
It might have been a Kenyan thing...
Sons must be born in Kenya...
No, I meant that these recently added ones showing the typewriter, etc, look like proof that the original posted ones and the one that was originally cross referenced to Orly’s motion, were all phoney.
Thank you, TN. We have lots of deeply registered trolls coming out of the woodwork to create rabbit holes for tripping the folks.
I would think that a far more appropriate comparison would be to compare a certified copy generated in 1964 to the 1964 certified copy doc.
“How so? - even a cursory glance shows up several differences.”
Please tell me what differences there are between the pics with the typewriter and the original ones that were posted on Sunday, other than the dark appearance of the brown smudge. I’m really trying to figure this out.
The wider shot photos with the same distinctive quilt really throw me because I can’t see how someone could have recreated the same quilt and shot it at different angles, etc.
The Susan Blake interview was edited at least once during the course of the debate. At one of the very early stages, someone noted a comment by her concerning the color of the baby and a doctor in the baby-delivery business posted a comment to the effect that the color condition she described would have been expected to change before the end of the first week after birth.
That was very very early in the discussion. I wasn't really focused on maintaining any kind of a record of facts and events at that point.
And as I think about it, there were two interviews--the other one was another mutual Seattle friend of Stanley Ann's and Blake's and that comment may have come from her; and her interview was somewhat more detailed than Blake's--I only saw it once and fairly shortly went back to look at it again and it was gone.
As to Albertafriend's comment to which this post is really addressed, the answer is that those are less usual conditions. Odds are that for a birth in a remote colony of the British Empire, in Africa; a normal healthy baby is likely to have been delivered as early in the day as possible so that the mother can get out and back to work in the afternoon.
What can I say. Stanley Ann was healthy and the course of events suggests to me that she was motivated to get the kid back to Hawaii as soon as possible. The testimony of the two missionaries was that she had some urgency about the return.
Your testimony about mother's maybe not learning to change diapers right away is very interesting but my own limited observation is that it happens pretty fast--my baby delivery doctor friends all say much less than 48 hours.
To: Mr. Distinguished Divorce Attorney of Law with 40 years experience:
(or, more likely)
Mr. Blood-Sucking Lawyer, feeding off the unhappiness of troubled marriages and enriching himself from distressed situations.
How many kids will be forced to move from the family home or lose the college education fund after you rape their parents for half of their net worth?
Who cares where the Kenyan-Indonesian-American politician was born? Yes, we know pale-skinned women still chant “O-bamm-ah”, blush, and faint when he enters the room, even though they lost their jobs and watch him nationalize the American economy!
I bet your 40 years of experience as a divorce attorney included the continuous usage of private investigators that ripped apart any sense of privacy your clients’ spouses may have had. I bet you were privy to EVERY record and every bit of personal detail about your opponents lives. How ludicrous your comments become, taken in respect to your line of work.
Your attacks on Free Republic ring hollow...The birth certificate is only one item among dozens of records that has been intentionally withheld from the American public.
As it stands today, based on the RELEASED OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, you could fit your man’s lifestory inside an empty carton of cigarettes.
So much for transparency: All educational and employment records (including those financed at the expense of Illinois and Hawaiian taxpayers have been sealed, lost or ‘claimed’ missing).
The good news is that no one will need to waste a dime on this one’s presidential library!
I’m no Troll and MHG has still not answered what in the world was “smarmy” about my post that called for his insults.
Are you really Jewish ???
If you are, how can you defend Obama who wants to anniliate the Jews in Israel ???
If he is illegally in the office of POTUS, wouldnt you want to know and get him out ???
When this thread stated it ws early morning....There were many “copies made and presented....The one at the top is labeled “FAKE” at it’s origin. Most were copies of what was posted. jpeg copies...altered copies-—back groud changed etc. etc.
But IIRC there was one that was tattered and worn, much different than the others, showing a great deal of normal wear.
Doesn’t make any difference. Orley’s copy is not from the net. She’s had it examined before sending it to the court to make a positive legal channel.
hmmmmmmmmmmmm
To: MHGinTN; PA Engineer
OK. So now you have insulted all the other FReepers who are now pointing out the same information (eg: PA Engineer). Good going. Are you drunk? Help us out here to figure out if your as#holic attitude is natural or due to substance abuse.

In the case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), the Supreme Court ruled that a person who
* is born in the United States
* of parents who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of a foreign power
* whose parents have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States
* whose parents are there carrying on business and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity of the foreign power to which they are subject
becomes, at the time of his birth, a citizen of the United States, by virtue of the first clause of the 14th amendment of the Constitution.
Legal immigration status is not required. Your liking the way the law is in this matter is not required. It remains true.
If you find it difficult to understand that this is the way the present law is, you will have to surmount that difficulty yourself. I no longer wish to discuss the matter. Take it up with your Congressman and Senators. Tell them you want that bill passed.
Do you see anything particularly uncommon about the quilt, or the typewriter?
The location of the brown smudge is definitely different.
That is how my great grandfather received his citizenship in the 1850s at age 11. The whole family took an oath of allegience on the ship from Ireland in Philadelphia Harbor. Then, he took it again when he joined the Army at Ft. Sumpter after he was 21. My other ancestors just came her -- 1607, Jamestowne and 1632 New Sweden (now Philadelphia). So, they were all here and citizens at the time of the Revolution. But, the most recent immigrant took his oath of allegience as a child in the harbor before the boat docked. At least that's what the family stories say.
I’m very glad to hear of it, because my earliest recollection was that the one being presented with Orly’s papers was the one on sribd or whatever that site is and it was not entitled “fake” when it was first posted. And IIRC, that pic had that very distinctive quilt in the background, which led me to think that these more recent shots (typewriter, crumpled, etc.) were real because of the quilt and my lack of knowledge as to how that could be duplicated and a couple of other things.
So now you are saying that none of the ones we have access to now on the net are not the ones that Orly has and is presently authenticating?
You must be really thick-headed!
If they were here legally, as was the case in the particular case that you cite, where do you see a linkage to children of illegals?
The case could not have addressed it because the issue was not present. Understand?????
I'm beginning to think the whole origin of his existence is a lie. He rose up out of nowhere to become the most powerful leader on earth. And we know NOTHING about him. This ia a mystery of Biblical proportions. Truly scary.
