IIRC the copy on the bedspread was not the copy from Orley’s file, her’s had torn edges and was much more worn. I do believe they have been creating fakes, then proving them false, while Orley’s copy is still being authenticated......I’ll wait for the official finding.
Jim please check to see who first posted the bedspread picture.
In the Aussie one, the printed ‘Deputy Registrar’ is over top of the supposed signature, not under it.
No, asshat, I’m purposely insulting YOU. It was you whom I responded to for your effort to smarm the site.
Those photos are laughable.

Of course. But the sequence of books in South Australia reached book 44B roughly around 1959-1964. How can the set of registry books in Kenya reach the same number at the same time? That beggars belief.
“No, asshat, Im purposely insulting YOU. It was you whom I responded to for your effort to smarm the site.”
When did I “smarm” the site, D=head?
The brown stain is actually in a higher position on the upper one! (besides being faded)
It needs to be the same type of document a person would have recieved in 1964 as a replacment, not at the time of his birth.
What is laughable about them? I’m not an image expert. They just appear to be what started this whole thread. Are they not?
Because a forgery can be reverse engineered to discredit a real document...
