Damn,...all this good work going on while I am snuggled in my cozy bed....way to go!
Yes, under that law you didn’t have to be born in the United States to be a natural born citizen. Of course it was repealed - I believe in 1795.
WOW, now that is a well prepared statement. It will be a pleasure to watch it be authenticated...or even dismissed.
Thank you for the effort, it is appreciated.
There have been so many posts but I’m pretty sure that Fred Nerks also brought up the fact that there were some missing pages and perhaps the BC had been ‘unstapled’ from them.
Very good timeline....thanks!
Wonder why marriage certificates are not public record? Doesn’t make sense.
One thing for sure, the thugs are trying to stay one step ahead.
John,
I visited Orly’s because everyone was saying there was no virsus, that it was phony. I have AVG. Is there anything that I can do to check this out?
Thanks
It was a response to the belief that the children of a foreign national male are not US citizens regardless of the citizenship of the mother.
How ‘bout reading the thread before making knee-jerk comments. Hmmm?
I’m just now catching up to my reply. LOL More sleep and thunderstorms that kept me off the computer. I work the next few nights, so it may take me days to finally reach the end!
The plural does not refer to two parents. This is well established. It refers to the fact there is more than one citizen in the US. There are thousands of people living today in the US who are considered natural born citizens who were born overseas of two parents only one who was a US citizen.
Yes I have, and if you go to the site, and get to the part that reads:
“Based on the correspondence from this individual and respecting the nature of the threats to him personally and professionally, it is our decision to allow him to enjoy anonymity until such time as he decides to reveal the facts himself at a time of his choosing.”
to the direct right of that is an ad with a photo of Bill O’Reilly!!
Thank you for the ping to your excellent post. I appreciate your effort BP2.
Try reading the constitution of the U.S.
It definately requires a Natural Born Citizen, and by the definition of the day, as given in The Law of Nations, it means that both parents were U.S. citizens.
Hawiian law has nothing whatsoever to do with any of this.
The Kenyan copy is an exactly copy of the original birth certificate!!
It is NOT a certification of life birth, it is a true copy of the B.C. We don't use all the information of attending nurses/doctors/hospitals, etc. In former years in Europe, at least in Scandinavia, people were born in their homes or also in special private birth clinics owned by midwives. Again my B.C. (1931) looks like this one, and so do the copies later on that I had to submit with my immigration application, and let me tell you, all required papers were very much scrutinized by the U.S. Consular offices abroad before accepted. You had to list every single residential address you had lived on since you were born!!!
Try malwarebytes - it has worked for me where Norton did not
The only reason Orley has petitioned the court is to establish a Chain of Possession between the origin of the documentation and it's appearance in court as evidence.
Only documentation that has this criteria established are allowed to be presented in a court of law.
There may be hundreds of copies, butare no good unless they meet this criteria to be evidential.
Thanks for looking it up... I’ll go and check it out... but right now, I’m off for some swimming in this hot weather, today... :-) gotta get some pool supplies, do some cleaning of the pool and then lounging around... but thanks...
Thank you for the great work you have done.
The Supreme Court so far doesn’t seem that interested and that disturbs me. No one who is such a blank slate as this man, should be able to skate through the process without showing who he really is and what his life consisted of. ie college records, medical records etc.
I dunno, something just stinks. I could produce my long form birth certificate in minutes and surely it makes one wonder why such a simple thing to do would be fought against for voraciously? The cost too???? I’m not satisfied myself. CO
