"I have no idea what the reality is here," says Dobbs, later wondering, "You suppose he's undoc -- no, I wouldn't use the word 'undocumented,' wouldn't be right."
It seems like the best solution now is to get it into court and get it all sorted out. Then a decision can be made on the validly of the documentation for Mr. Obama's eligibility for the office of President as well as directing a remedy.
The next step would be to fix the problem, perhaps the Republicans would take the lead on this

Personally I have no problem w/ the word “Birther”. Let the Lefties call us what they wish, I don’t think anyone should take offense to it. Besides, those of us on the Right use the word “Truther”, correct? If it’s OK for one, it should be OK w/ the other.
Oh it was good. He had a guest panel, like Kitty Pilgrim did when she hosted. However, it was like night and day. He didn’t spend time defending either side and gave the guests the chance to respond. Dr. Joy Browne was put in her place by Dobbs when she suggested Obama didn’t have to show it, because he’s the president. Hopefully, the video will show up soon.

State elections boards omissions in asking for

Do you remember (before the election 08) there was a lady news reporter from Florida who tried to expose Obuma as a Communist? It made the media ring, Biden came out and disavowed everything thing she tried to claim, the issue was dropped.
What was her name? Is there something here on FR about her?
