Bombshell: Orders revoked for soldier challenging prez
Drudge Report, WorldNetDaily ^ | 7/15/09 | Chelsea Schilling and Joe Kovacs

A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office. His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders. "We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!" She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

No the business owners I know. They tend to be a tad attached to the constitution and aren’t grooving on the Dear Leader’s fascist takeover of private industry and his attempts to tax them out of business. Corporate leaders - the citizens of the world - that might be true of them.

I did not write that comment. I was responding to that comment. I am with you. Blind obedience...not one of my attributes.

How wrong you are:

From article: "Cook's attorney, Orly Taitz, wrote in her blog that Simtech CEO Larry Grice said he would try to find another position within the company for Cook, but nothing is currently available. "

In other words don't call us we will call you. Grice's reponse is a verbal rejection letter.

I agree but they still won't hire these "mavericks". They don't fit the mold and are looked upon as troublemakers no matter which political side of the aisle they come from.

You want the truth then make A serious offer of 1 million dollars made in the name of Obamas birth doctor to the Childrens ward of Kapiolani Medical Center upon validation of the name of “This heroic Doctor who brought Obama into the world”

Advertise this offer in media outlets and webistes.

How could a politician deny those poor children in that ward from the upgrades and services that a million dollar donation would provide. Especially when it is in being put in the name of the (Doctor that brought forth the Messiah)?

Play their game against them.

He only falls under the UCMJ when he is on a drill period or on active duty.(I trained Marine Reservists as their active duty support)

I would think that being called up for Afghanistan would put him in the "active" duty part of the equation... or maybe it was a drill.

Either way, this guy's career in the military is done. I hope he doesn't end up in Leavenworth for a year or so.

He does have stones to go out and risk this for exposing the fraud that is Obama and his little parasites in the democrat party.

OK, now I understand. Tell me, what is wrong with having the truth come forward? This whole issue concerns a lack of public records. It is easily solved, if the President cares to come forward.

Why will not Obama come forward on this matter? If he is legal, the problem is easily solved. But he is hiding out! Why? Has he fired some lawyers?

Your comment about moral relativism is pure sophism. You are empowered to believe what you wish, but it is in this nation’s interest for the CE to prove his citizenship. He is charged by the Constitution with taking care that the laws be faithfully executed; which, ironically, was one of the articles of impeachment against Bill Clinton.

OK, your argument is quashed. Care for another?

A discharge is another order. Not legal. Army’s not going to challenge him on it either.

Thank you! Today I have hope for this country!
I have utmost respect for our military personnel. I wish I had had a different mindset when I was young. I was one of those liberal anti-war protesters back in the Viet Nam days and turned 18 right about the time the draft ended. I beg forgiveness for my young foolishness. I’m too old to serve officially now but if needed I would be happy to defend the Constitution any way I am called.

I do believe he was born in HI, but I also believe that when his mother married Soetoro and he was adopted by him and living in Indonenia from age 6-11, I believe he became an Indonesian citizen. Perhaps his mother did as well.

When they returned to HI, it has never been explained whether they became US citizens again and there is evidence he may have traveled abroad using documents stating he was Indonesion. Some woman (forget her name) has done extensive research into this.

I also believe that he used his Indonesian citizenship in applications for college. Occidental College will not release any application information, so this can’t be verified one way or another. The advantageous use later on in his adult life of the Indonesian roots is what makes this a sticky matter.

If he was born in HI, moved to Indonesia as a child and returned to the US as a child of an American mother and that was the end of any and all things connecting him to Indonesia, this wouldn’t be an issue. But because he may have parlayed his Indonesian roots into college admissions favoritism or even as a traveler, the issue becomes very sticky.

I do not believe he was born in Kenya, even though it’s been said that his grandmother admitted that. But that’s just me.

Speaking of the reds....isn’t it ironic that the biggest Trojan Horse Kruschev could’ve ever imagined, a near pure commie in the White House....does nothing but appoint “Czars” everywhere to control the country?
__________
What’s even more ironic is that probably about half of America(at least) knows it, is freaking out but seems perfectly willing to just let it happen.

“This controversy reminds me a great deal of Nixon and the tapes - and that phrase was used then also.

We all remember how that came out.”

Yeah, the “this is just a third-rate burglary” comment comes to mind.

If it gets that far, the Supreme Court will decide if Obama is summarily arrested for treason and fraud, or if he will be impeached.

My personal opinion is that you can't impeach someone who never qualified for the presidency in the first place.
