A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office. His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders. "We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!" She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

Easy. The process that elected Bush was transparent, as was the process that put US troops into Iraq. People didn’t like it, and they didn’t have to like it, but it was transparent.
There has been no transparency surrounding Obama’s eligibility. No process has been followed. People don’t like it and unfortunately the Constitution says that people have to like it in order for it to be valid.

However, I do challenge the "faux president" argument on one major principle: the Republic allowed Zero in.
Just as Roe v. Wade is the law of the land, though we know there are no penumbras and emanations in the Constitution...so is Obama the defacto POTUS.

As I understand, that is why it is still going to court tomorrow morning... that and others have added their names, so it just doesn't "go away".

Hummm... If the order to deploy is illegal then the order to not deploy would be illegal also. Both orders originate in the chain of command with the Messiah at the top.

We've been living in a post-constitutional judicial oligarchy since 1973.
The major might indeed see his military career ended over this, but I’m sure this lawsuit has more than a few (secret) supporters around the military!
Keep in mind that military officers are required to hold dinner parties and get together outside the workplace. You can bet the whole birth certificate issue has been under discussion by some very high-ranking officers for a very long time. And take it on faith that for every butt-kissing promotion monkey in uniform, who would do Zero’s bidding without question, there is at least an equal number of patriots. This could get very interesting, very soon!
I believe I read that the judge is a no-nonsense former Marine and that the good major is a FReeper, too!

They could have rescinded his deployment orders to convene a court martial for insubordination (among other charges possible). Regardless of what happens here, this officer is looking at jail time (at worst) or a dishonorable discharge (at best). (A sign of the times, I’d say...)
I sympathize with what this Major is trying to do — I really do. But none of you actually think that Obama will be forced to step down, do you? IF Obama is not a “natural born citizen” at this moment, there is nobody in government with the guts to say it out loud. More to the point, the key issue is a definitional one: “What constitutes a ‘natural born citizen’?”. No matter what happens at the lower rungs of the judicial system, I can guarantee you that the Supreme Court will define “natural born citizen” in such a way that Obama will qualify for the Presidency. I wouldn’t be too surprised if such a decision was a unanimous one, by the way: “In the best interests of the country”.
“The deep end”, and who has gone off of it, I guess depends on one’s perspective.
But I am done with my interest for now.
Maj. Cook wasn't seeking revokation of orders. He simply wanted to verify, because no one else has, the legitimacy of his Commander In Chief. And I for one am proud of him and appreciate the courage it took for him to do so.

I think it’s admirable. And so do a lot of senior Officers who were talking about it in a bar last night, and toasting to his name.
