With dozens of lawsuits filed over access to Barack Obama’s certified long-form birth certificate, many more lawyers working on his behalf to keep it secret and the validity of the U.S. Constitution hanging in the balance, guess where a “certified copy” of the original Mombasa “document” has been found?

On eBay.

Item No. 160344374585, at least as of today, is described as “a certified copy of President Barack Obama’s Kenyan Birth Certificate.”

The seller, identified by the user name “ colmado_naranja,” states, “President Barack Hussein Obama II was born in The Coast Provincial Hospital at Mombasa in Kenya at 7:24 PM on August 4th, 1961.”

The suspicion that Coast Provincial is, in fact, Obama’s birth hospital is not new, with the subject having been discussed on both Internet blogs and forums already.

But the seller, who according to the eBay rankings has completed dozens of transactions on the behemoth auction site without difficulties, said this is the real deal.

The seller, who did not respond to a WND request for an interview, said online he was traveling in Kenya and repeatedly heard stories that Obama actually was born in Kenya.

“I am not posting any photos of the birth certificate here on eBay. I have not seen this birth certificate anywhere on the Internet, to post it here on eBay would lead to a flood of facsimiles on the Internet. This would inadvertently decrease the value of the certificate as well,” the seller said.

WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen.” The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama’s American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama’s citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Send a contribution to support the national billboard campaign that asks a simple question: “Where’s the birth certificate?”

Complicating the situation is Obama’s decision to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions.

WND has reported that among the documentation not yet available for Obama includes his kindergarten records, his Punahou school records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles, his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, his passport, his medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.

Here is the rub: if real, then what's to prevent a -2bama or Soros lackey to place the winning bid so that they can burn or shred it? Does the seller have dozens or more of certified copies?

I see Obama has already bumped the bid up to $7,700.00.

How long before the guy selling this has a fatal accident?

Ebay has pulled the ad down 4 times, it is currently up, but obviously with a limited life span.

This isnt the birth certificate. It is a dissertation about the birth certificate.

I think the seller is calling it that to avoid getting his listing pulled again by E-Bay...note the statement:
“You are however welcome to view my dissertation, in person, before making your payment. Feel free to bring along with you a forensic examiner to authenticate my dissertation.”

One bidder with zero feedback? Probably a shill. The whole thing may be intended to discredit legitimate questions about the eligibility issue.

This doc. if legitimate, could be one of the most important in the history of the United States.

Seems unlikely, but... Anything that keeps this question moving and gaining traction is just fine by me. Keep the heat on him! The truth will ultimately come out. I just hope it’s in time to save the country from the 0bamunist march to marxism.

Couldn't be more transparent. If it's authentic, the value of the certificate s/he got so easily is the price of a trip to Mombasa and a notary fee.

And selling it on ebay is hardly the way to go, when they approve chargebacks for the slightest reason. A buyer could pay, make copies, flood the internet with them, initiate a chargeback, and do a scary Manhattan flyover...by the time he lands, he's got his money back.

Of course, in the vanishing point possibility of this being on the level, 0bama will soon plug the source, so if you're interested you should visit Mombasa today.

During a State Department briefing on March 21, 2008, McCormack confirmed that the contractor had accessed the passport files of presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and John McCain, and that the inspector general had launched an investigation.

Sources who tracked the investigation tell Newsmax that the main target of the breach was the Obama passport file, and that the contractor accessed the file in order to “cauterize” the records of potentially embarrassing information.

“They looked at the McCain and Clinton files as well to create confusion,” one knowledgeable source told Newsmax. “But this was basically an attempt to cauterize the Obama file.”

At the time of the breach, Brennan was working as an unpaid adviser to the Obama campaign. “This individual’s actions were taken without the knowledge or direction of anyone at The Analysis Corp. and are wholly inconsistent with our professional and ethical standards,” Brennan’s company said in a statement sent to reporters after the passport breach was made public.

The passport files include “personally identifiable information such as the applicant’s name, gender, social security number, date and place of birth, and passport number,” according to the inspector general report. The files may contain additional information including “original copies of the associated documents,” the report added.

Such documents include birth certificates, naturalization certificates, or oaths of allegiance for U.S.-born persons who adopted the citizenship of a foreign country as minors.

Key witness in passport fraud case fatally shot

A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.

Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.

Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.

Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
