Where do these flakes get their money? Does it really matter? It's their money to do with as they will. If they want to spend it on bus ads they're free to do so, just as anyone else is.

Not that important, but I think Houston is bigger than Chicago. Chicago, like many older urban centers, has lost population over the years.
