Tonight I'll be interviewing Carl Swensson from Rise Up For America, and Sam Sewall of American Grand Jury. Both Sewall and Swensson will brief us on the status of the Common Law Grand Jury indictment of Barack Obama. Indictments have been served to the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of GA., GA. A.J., GA. Asst A. J., Ga. Senate President and GA. Speaker of the House, to date.
It looks like the Citizens Federal Grand Jury in Illinois isnt wasting any time either. They have already confirmed their membership and have now set a Jury date.
And in Ohio, a citizens grand jury is likely to convene as early as this weekend.
And what's this about an Internet Grand Jury?

(not holding my breath on this one though)
Indited for what?
Well, the key difference would be that those were Grand Juries duly convened by the law, not by constitutionalist nuts. My advice: Smile, nod, and back away as quickly as you can without upsetting the crazies.
Thanks, I’ll be listening.
LOL. Sage advice. I hope you have your flak jacket handy, just in case.
???
Last night at our Rep club meeting. Rev Oneil Dozier spoke. He is a very interesting man who played for the Bears, became an attorney and served GWB as judicial appointee advisor until he made a comment on radio calling Islam “an evil cult” and the PC police came after him.
At any rate, he talked a bit about the BC suits and told the club that some service members (former or current I don’t know) and that may be the best hope to reach SCOTUS and achieve “standing”. However even with that he has little hope of any of the suits gaining traction.
I think "standing" is now official legalese for "I am not going to touch this with a ten foot pole"
INCOMING!!!!

There is no rule of law. The rule is making law while the law givers are giving away the farm and the spokesman is becoming a ruler.

These are folks who get together, call themselves a Grand Jury, and issue phony indictments that aren’t worth the paper they’re crayoned onto. These are nuts. They’ve slackened off quite a bit, but the center of the constitutionalist belief is that by uttering magic words like “citizens grand jury,” or “sovereign citizen,” and by not writing your name beginning with an upper case letter, that the forces of government will be powerless before them. Good luck with that. One of the key beliefs is that the 16th Amendment was not lawfully ratified so that the income tax is unconstitutional. I happen to believe that to be true as well. Unfortunately, that bit of knowledge will not prevent the government from finding a jury that will put you away for tax evasion if you don’t pay up. Like I said: Nuts. Absolutely pointless circle j**k stuff.
Oh...I see. You are one of the people that thinks the Constitution is living and breathing.
Personally, I think it needs CPR, intubation, and artificial respiration. (STAT!)
Right ... they’re all nuts.
Everybody who has a belief, of any kind, is a nut.
Anybody who takes action, of any kind, is a nut.
Anybody who protests with anything stronger than words is a nut, too.
Thank God we’ve got all these keyboard patriots sitting there in reserve, fully ready at a moment’s notice to ... umm ... to call other people nuts.
Yeah, that’s the decisive action we need to restore our Constitutional republic! That’s how viable third parties get started! Inertia makes such an incredible secret weapon that nobody would ever suspect it!
Thank God there was no Internet in Jefferson’s day or we’d all still be British.
I can still see Obama getting removed from office for not being a required natural born American citizen.
Or, he has issues with people like the Birthers who use the Constitution as cover to fight the 2008 election that is already long over with.
The Marxist is the president, get over it. White guilt, the ghetto turnout, and the MSM carried the day unfortunately. There has never been and likely never will be any substance to the “not natural-born” conspiracy. Limbaugh, Coulter, Hannity, Malkin, all leading voices who never miss an opportunity to slam the worst president in American history, have looked at this “story” and dismissed it.
“That dog won’t hunt”, is how the saying goes, I believe.
Um. Yeah. I’m pretty sure I’m on the right forum. Take a look at some of my 672 comments I’ve posted while a member for 8 years. I’ll match my conservative credentials against anyone on this forum.
Just because “constitutionalist” has the word “consitution” in it doesn’t mean that its “principles” and its adherents aren’t crazy. If anyone thinks that we’re going to get back on top by mumbling mumbo jumbo about “common law,” liens,” Uniform Commercial Code,” gold-fringed American flags, etc. then they’re even crazier than the nuts who inhabit the constitutionalist movement.
