"Expeditionary Forces" will be deployed amongst us. To what nefarious purposes?

(1) To support workforce stability and deployment predictability, the timeframes during which the DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce is susceptible to expeditionary assignments will be designated in 6-month rotational periods. Tours will be determined through collaboration of the combatant commanders, career field managers, functional community managers, and civilian employees, as applicable.
