Southern California attorney Orly Taitz has emerged as a constitutional heroine in the fight to establish albeit late whether Barack Obama is even legally eligible to serve as president of the United States.
On Friday, she took the bold step of presenting Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts with a WND petition of some 330,000 names calling on all controlling legal authorities to do just that.
And she did it before 800 people at the University of Idaho where he was speaking.
I have to tell you, this lady is rapidly becoming one of my heroes.
This question of eligibility is quite a story or, should I say, non-story.
Anyone who dares mention it is now demeaned as a "birther."
I'll accept the title, if a "birther" is anyone who believes the Constitution really means what it plainly says about the president needing to be a "natural born citizen."
The insults won't stop me or WND from covering this issue as we have throughout the campaign and since the election. It's not going away not until we see the complete birth certificate instead of the certification of live birth, and get some answers to questions of obviously growing concern to millions of Americans.

I was not amused by your joke. Why do you think we are spending our time and money on this? And if you realize the very real possibilities of the circumstances, then we need help with sending certified letters to officials.
I don’t know any more about Orly Taitz than I do about Barack 0bama pre-2007. Is she a lawyer, a lawyer in CA (easier bar exam), a lawyer with an “online degree” or a Russian dentist (as Wikipedia claims)?
If anyone has good answers, they might be helpful.
Meanwhile I don’t send Paypal donations to mysterious people, no matter how worthy their cause.

Nah, a "birther" is someone who finds conspiracies behind each and every one of the dismissals of these lame birth certificate cases, and who believe Phil Berg and Orly Taitz are some kind of legal geniuses. Welcome to the tribe, Joe. We all knew you had it in you.
Then don’t send any money. See how easy that was.
Apparently all of the above.
She is a practicing dentist with a law degree. She got involved in this because she is from soviet Russia and recognizes propaganda political bull pucky better then the sleeping politicians we have at the helm.
So, pissant...have you seen her law degree? Don’t you think her legal credentials ought to be as visible as 0bama’s birth certificate?
The importance of this cannot be overstated, but it has nothing to do with having a commie or even a foreigner for a president. The important introspection involves these two questions:
Whether we have a fourth estate at all and if so, is it really just an underhanded sophomoric chant of current liberal orthodoxy? Is the US Constitution respected, or just a pretext for pseudo-intellectual (usually misquoted, grossly misunderstood) references to select provisions (separation of church and state, right to privacy, freedom of speech, no police “brutality”)?
From what university?
There is only one “conspiracy”. Obama has conspired with his legal team to make his original birth certificate unavailable. Everything else - the speculation, the lawsuits, the false claims, the true claims - is an effort to force it out in the open.
She’s also a real estate agent. Lord knows when she has time to practice all her careers.

Of course not-better that she were to have a 12th grade education. 50 years ago, high school grads would have innately and universally understood the post that follows yours. Read it.
She is not currently selling or buying real estate. She just has the license. Odd, how you are finding issue with accomplishments.
Sure, if I was interested in disbarring her or keeping her from usurping the role of CIC.
William Howard Taft University An unaccredited online legal diploma mill in Santa Clara. Apparently only California recognizes their degrees and allows their graduates to take the bar exam.
