Southern California attorney Orly Taitz has emerged as a constitutional heroine in the fight to establish – albeit late – whether Barack Obama is even legally eligible to serve as president of the United States.
On Friday, she took the bold step of presenting Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts with a WND petition of some 330,000 names calling on all controlling legal authorities to do just that.
And she did it before 800 people at the University of Idaho where he was speaking.
I have to tell you, this lady is rapidly becoming one of my heroes.
This question of eligibility is quite a story – or, should I say, non-story.
Anyone who dares mention it is now demeaned as a "birther."
I'll accept the title, if a "birther" is anyone who believes the Constitution really means what it plainly says about the president needing to be a "natural born citizen."
The insults won't stop me or WND from covering this issue as we have throughout the campaign and since the election. It's not going away – not until we see the complete birth certificate instead of the certification of live birth, and get some answers to questions of obviously growing concern to millions of Americans.

However, I’ve read today that her law degree is from an online U and her work has tons of mistakes. Personally I think the essence of the case should treated be the same as if it were written by the best lawyers but who knows.

Perhaps a "friendly" little visit from some fellows from an obscure alphabet Federal agency, with helmets, goggles, ski masks, Kevlar vests with trauma plates in them, and large magazine capacity fully automatic weapons would get you to reconsider? Pretty Please?
From our experience, I recommend sending certified letters. We have had experience with administrative ‘walls’ being filters for other than the people’s agendas.

1. I need your help in sending by certified mail with my return address letters to Attorney Generals of each state, demanding immediate criminal investigation, Grand Jury and subpoena of records
2. Demanding quo warranto proceedings by every US attorney and criminal investigation, Grand Jury and subpoenas
3. Demand Judicial hearings and subpoena of records by the State and US Representatives and Senators.
4. Looking for decent judges with some guts that would issue subpoenas

9. I need as many articles as possible about 3 or 4 gay men, members of Trinity church that were found shot to death in a period of 45 days in the beginning of Democrat primary November-December 2007.
10. I need info on Magic Plumbing aka Burlew Plumbing and the lean they had on the house of Kelly Mc Crum Robinson- Michelle Obama’s sister in law.
I also need actual news paper articles about Magic Plumbing doing maintenance of sprinkler system in the World trade Center on 09.05.2001 and the articles from Nashville TN news papers about one of Magic Plumbing employees being arrested with a person working in the Nashville TN DMV who was accused of issuing fraudulent drivers licenses. (a woman, that later died under questionable circumstances).

I need to make two corrections
The News paper that printed the report is Seattle Post Intelligencer. (not observer). It is on the blog below. My itinerary was San Diego-Salt Lake City -Spokane -Moscow ID. I went back Moscow-Spokane-Seattle - San Diego. (I’ve writtten Tacoma by mistake). With so much travel, it is getting to be hard to keep track of all the flights.

Joe Farah made a bold statement that he’s not going to stop pursuing the story. I was just making a joke about how 0bama might choose to stop WND from pursuing the story despite criticisms - the same way that Janet Reno retrieved Elian Gonzales from his family.

Not being a lawyer I cannot understand why we citizens “lack standing” to demand that our President show he meets the constitutionally specified requirements to hold the office.
