Fifteen Republican members of the Missouri General Assembly have signed on to a state constitutional amendment that appears aimed at advancing the claims of the fringe movement that doubts President Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president.
The language is contained in a proposed "voter’s bill of rights," which would serve "as a defense against corruption, fraud, and tyranny."
The proposed amendment states:
For candidates who are required by the Constitution of the United States to be natural born citizens, the secretary of state shall request an official copy of the candidate’s birth certificate. Other certifications, such as a certificate of live birth, shall not be accepted. Should any candidate fail to provide an official birth certificate within thirty days of the request by the secretary of state, his or her name shall not be placed on the ballot.
The Birthers, as they're known, have focused on the State of Hawaii's refusal to release the original of Obama's birth certificate, as opposed to official copies; Hawaii state law bars the release of the original.

There is obviously something very damaging to him and the democrats hiding in this. It may not be eligibility but it’s something very damaging.
So, now it’s a fringe idea to demand that any FUTURE candidate for President actually PROVE his is qualified.
Whether Komrade Obama is qualified or not - the whole circus surrounding his refusal to offer proof of eligability should be enough justification to make laws to prevent such things in the future.

I agree, but we have to also remove Biden and Pelosi, who are both salivating for the POTUS job. How can we take 'em all down at once? How far "down" do we have to go? Anyone know?

My thinking on it is the final reveal will show he was born in a Muslim country, but he may still be eligible because of the ambiguity of the "Native Born" wording.
BUT it would throw lots and lots of suspicion on any dealings he had with Muslim Countries.

Once Obama produces the birth certificate (probably never gonna happen) then if it is genuine he can resume the presidency and if it is not then he can move to a maximum security facility in Kansas for the rest of his life.

If Barry were to be removed because he is not eligible, Biden would be so castrated by events that he would be even less effective than Gerald Ford and twice as deserving of the buffoon label. Don't worry about who will take the place of the destroyer, just oust him pronto and America will rekindle her love for liberty.

No one spends millions of dollars to fight a lawsuit when all it takes to make it go away is a piece of paper he can get from HI for 10 bucks. Unless he is hiding something.
