“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.
“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
“No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i.”

For the record, somebody needs to do some accurate reporting. That statement by officials in Hawaii does not say he was "born in the state". The second sentence is accurate. The first sentence is conjecture. Conjecture is not reporting.

My understanding is that this hypothesis was put forth by TechDude, and I believe he (more specifically, the reasons he gave for the online BC being forged) has been discredited by all sides. I don’t believe we know whether Maya has a Hawaiian COLB.

At first I blew this thing off. However the way the 0bama people are handling it and the way the drones in the media keep misrepresenting facts just makes me think something is very wrong.

The indisputable fact remains that Obama has yet to prove he's a natural-born citizen. He absolutely refuses to do so.

Stanley Ann D. Obama was outside of the United States at the time of Barack Hussein Obama II’s birth. She did not re-enter the U.S. until August 8, 1961, four days after he was born

Those four days after he was born are suspect. Chances are she returned with at ten day old infant....maybe more.

The physician signing off on a Cert. of Birth for Hawaii would have notations about the infant's age and condition which may be contrary to the testimony of the mother and grandmother. This would have been a separate sheet on the examination of an infant retained by the physician's office and not in the public record.
