A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.
The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since his inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of Obama's records.

Philodendron?
All bets are off if Phil Berg checks out in similar fashion to Jim McDougal, however.

My worry is Obama will put us under the jurisdiction of the UN with the UN forces deployed to keep order. Anyone that thinks I need a tin foil hat please post to tell me how wrong I am. I really don’t like this scenario at all and would prefer to think things will not be this bleak.

“I have no illusions about the plans of the
evil ones, nor what could occur in the future,
if necessary.
But I dont think Taitz has one ounce of discretion,
releasing names, personal details, etc. as she
has. Its stunning to read what shes put out
there. Credible, savvy lawyers just dont do
things like that, exposing their hand and plans
so blithely.
And in a matter of this seriousness ?
I think its outrageously unprofessional and unethical,
possibly creating the potential for harm to folks,
and Im especially concerned about our dear military.”
Ditto!
And what does that make Phil Berg?
A cactus.
I just love that song. Thanks!
Bottom line donations to Orlys Fund went to BO.
UNBELIEVEABLE stupidity!

Breaking and entering into my Paypal account
There is no limit or extend to which Obamas thugs will go to hurt people. As you know, I have a DefendOurFreedoms foundation, that helps me to pay for legal actions, for traveling to different states and presenting the case to Attorney Generals, US attorneys FBI and legislators, presenting all the information to them, so that Criminal proceedings and Judicial hearings can be conducted on the issue of Obamas illegitimacy for presidency and related illegal activity. Without donations I cannot do that. Somebody has intermittently broken and entered into my pay-pal account and changed the e-mail address.. My address for pay-pal is orly.taitz@gmail.com They changed it to orly.taitz@gmail.org at another occasion e-mails were sent to people telling them to give donations to dr.taitz@gmail.com They were making up accounts in order to divert donations from my foundation. Due to the problems with PayPal, I would ask you to send donations by mail to Dr. Taitz, ESQ 26302 La Paz ste 211 Mission Viejo CA 92691

It looks like criminality by theft and fraud.
TREASURE TROVE. Found treasure.
2. This name is given to such money or coin, gold, silver, plate, or bullion, which having been hidden or concealed in the earth or other private place, so long that its owner is unknown, has been discovered by accident. Should the owner be found it must be restored to him; and in case of not finding him, the property, according to the English law, belongs to the king. In the latter case, by the civil law, when the treasure was found by the owner of the soil, he was considered as entitled to it by the double title of owner and finder; when found on another’s property, one-half belonged to the owner of the estate, and the other to the finder; when found on public property, it belonged one-half to the public treasury, and the other to the finder. Lecons du Dr. Rom. Sec. 350-352. This includes not only gold and silver, but whatever may constitute riches, as vases, urns, statues, &c.
3. The Roman definition includes the same things under the word pecunia; but the thing found must have a commercial value for ancient tombs would not be considered a treasure. The thing must have been hidden or concealed in the earth; and no one must be able to establish his right to it. It must be found, by a pure accident, and not in consequence of search. Dall. Dict. Propriete, art. 3, s. 3.
4. According to the French law, le tresor est toute chose cachee ou enfouie, sur laquelle personne ne peut justifier sa propriete, et qui est decouverte par lo pur effet du hasard. Code Civ. 716. Vide 4 Toull. n. 34. Vide, generally, 20 Vin. Abr. 414; 7 Com. Dig. 649; 1 Bro. Civ. Law, 237; 1 Blackstone’s Comm. 295; Poth. Traite du Dr. de Propreite, art. 4.

That is the actions of a True Scumbag and associated Thugs!
I agree but donations to Orly are now in bo’s bank accounts nonetheless.
Nonsense, at least as to the Zanzibar stuff. Kenya was established as a separate British Crown Colony in 1920, while Zanzibar remained a protectorate. Two completely different legal entitites.
What I find interesting about this theory is that is gives foreign law control over who is and isn't a natural born citizen of the US. If Britain had no such law giving citizenship to the children of British citizens born abroad, there'd be no question about Obama's status. Therefore, the Birther theory is that whims of foreign law control.
I would never use or trust PayPal, under any circumstances. I’ve always stayed away from them, as they are corrupt and offer no real protections to the people who use this service. They can be arbitrary in how they handle your account, freeze funds and charge things to you, on an arbitrary basis that you have no ability to counteract. Fraud is rampant and they can’t handle it there.
They are not a legitimate financial institution and if a lawyer wanted to get donation, they should have a “real bank” and set it up with Visa card or MasterCard donations and/or sending in by check or money orders.
This lawyer is not too good at this, apparently...
