A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.
The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since his inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of Obama's records.

The BO supporters at NBC would not have sent this story about Orly and Lt. Easterling to all their TV Stations across the US unless they wanted to publicize Orly’s Military Cases because BO’s lawyers set her up knowing that Orly was not an experienced enough lawyer to win a case against BO.

And regarding Quo Warranto, 3 weeks ago Orly didn’t even know what the term meant. I had to explain it to her.
Furthermore, Phil Berg had already stated the theory of Quo Warranto in his lawsuits months ago.
So for Orly to now claim that Quo Warranto is a legal action that she thought of is simply a joke.

BO's lawyers quoted Factcheck as their only source of evidence, and directed the courts to a webpage to look at an image of a COLB as proof of BO's birth on US soil. Concluding with the statement that "President Obama has been EXCESSIVELY VETTED."
Now, that's real STUPIDITY, and how much are they charging BO for this ludicrous legal work?

1. That a court determine whether Obama’s birth status having been governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948 prevents him from eligibility as a natural born citizen under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the US Constitution.
2. That Obama produce his long form birth certificate to AG Holder and/or US Attorney Taylor.

Richard Shelby took a question on the subject at a town hall meeting last week.
Their confinement to the fringe hasn’t cooled the passion of believers; the obscure New York preacher James Manning turned up at a National Press Club session in December to declare the president “the most notorious criminal in the history not just of America, but of this entire planet.”

Obama states that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. If that is the case, he was then both an American citizen and a British citizen at birth because his father was a citizen of the British East African Protectorate of Zanzibar. Because Zanzibar had, in 1961, not yet declared its independence from Great Britain, Obama was, like his father, a British citizen under Section 32(1) of the British Nationality Act of 1948. Both Obama, Sr. and Obama, Jr. then automatically became citizens of Kenya when the independent nation was formed (from what had been Zanzibar) in 1963. Obama’s British citizenship automatically expired when he turned age 21. As a person born with dual citizenship, Obama is not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to serve as President. The framers of the U.S. Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born. [219,258,492,549]
Kenyan Birth Allegations
Some speculate that Obama was born not in Hawaii but in Kenya. Only one of Obama’s parents was American. If Obama was born in Kenya (or any country other than the United States), he cannot legally serve as President of the United States because he is not a “natural born citizen,” even though he may have become a “naturalized citizen.” Obama’s American citizen parent, Ann Dunham, had to have been a resident of the United States for 10 years, at least five of which were over the age of 14. Dunham did not meet that requirement (of the Nationality Act of 1940, revised June, 1952) until her 19th birthday in November of 1961, three months after Obama was born. [801]
A significant and understandable fuss has been made about Obama becoming the first African-American President. Obama is arguably not, however, “African-American.” His father, Barack Obama, Sr., is allegedly one-eighth African (on his mother’s side, from the Luo tribe in Kenya) and his father’s remaining ancestry is purported to be Arabic. Candidate Obama is thus more accurately referred to as “Arab-American.” Obama is not (like many black Americans) the descendant of African slaves owned by white American slave-owners. Having Arab ancestors, Obama is, in fact, most likely a descendant of slave owners, because Arabs have for many centuries traditionally owned slaves and been active slave traders. Further, the names Barack and Hussein are of Arab origin. (There is insufficient publicly-available evidence to state with certainty the percentages of Obama’s national ancestries.) [513,514]

I agree and it is stupidity for which Bo’s lawyers should be severely sanctioned. Hopefully, they will get the ultimate sanction when they lose before SCOTUS.
