'Sanctions' sought in President's Eligibility case
WorldNet Daily ^ | Feb. 13, 2009 | Bob Unruh

Posted on 02/13/2009 2:41:18 AM PST by SvenMagnussen

A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.

The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since his inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of Obama's records.

Granny over here you know more of this in your head that I can find. That middle name Hussein just keeps nagging me.

Early in 1961, the CIA sought the services of a mobster from Chicago to kill the Cuban revolutionary. At a secret meeting in Miami, they furnished him with tiny gelatine capsules filled with botulinum toxin. The gangster, John Rosselli, was
instructed to drop the capsules in Mr Castro’s food, with the warning they wouldn’t work in “boiling soup”. The plan failed, of course, partly because Mr Castro suddenly stopped frequenting the restaurant that Rosselli had cased.

There were plenty of other, equally comical, plots hatched in the corridors of the agency. Famously, one proposed lacing one of Castro’s cigars with a hallucinogenic similar to LSD, in the hope that he would then give a speech under its effects and be revealed as a ranting madman. Someone else in the agency thought of dusting his shoes with thallium to make his beard fall out. There was also the idea of infecting his diving suit with a fungus to cause a chronic skin disease.

It was also in 1961 and in Cuba that the CIA suffered possibly its most humiliating disaster ever. That was the CIA-led Bay of Pigs mission: designed to topple Mr Castro, it foundered almost as soon as the brigade of anti-revolutionary fighters tried to come ashore. Despite attempts at
secrecy, Mr Castro apparently had ample warning to respond. When it was over, 114 members of the invading force were killed and 1,189 more were taken prisoner.

I would have added to the good points you make, but the childish way in which you make these points annoys me so I won't.

Yeah, it's the textual equivalent of one of those cheezy Billy Mays commercials.

SO Congress know all about this issue but has buried their head in the sand? Supposedly Ron Paul said on a radio show recently that the courts will never touch any pf these cases?

If their collective heads are in the sand, it's ONLY because Congress believe NBC is a non-issue for BHO because after all: (NOTE: MAJOR BS ALERT TO FOLLOW)

1) He was born in Hawaii, without a doubt:

Barack Obama's Birth Certificate

and

2) Despite the fact BHO's father was a UK Subject, later a Kenyan Citizen, that has NO impact on BHO's NBC status:

“As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children. Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4, 1982.”

SO, Congress needs not take action -- Fight the Smears has answered all pertinent questions... /sarc

Bingo! Assuming the adoption was in order, Soetoro remained the legal father of obama even after the divorce. He is still obama’s legal father. Obama may very well have gone to the courts to correct his birth certificate but it amount to a name change only.

If yall already know this just have it deleted. If this is true then the Iraq Oil for Food deal really brought Obama’s house.

Business career
Auchi was a member of the Baath Party in Iraq before Saddam Hussein came to power.[2] While he denies any ties to Hussein’s government, British media reports indicate he sold naval ships to Hussein’s government in the 1980s.[2]

He is one of the largest shareholders in BNP Paribas, a French bank involved in the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme for Iraq.

In 2003, Auchi was convicted of fraud, and given a 15 month suspended sentence and a £1.5m fine for taking illegal payments from French oil company Elf Aquitaine.[3] Following the verdict, Elf (by now merged with TotalFina and re-named Total) decided to take legal action against Auchi in France; Auchi responded by suing Total for £200m in turn, this time in the UK.[4]

In recent years he has entered into several partnerships with Chicago-area businessman Tony Rezko, effectively coming to his rescue as his various investment schemes began collapsing. Auchi bought about 15 of Rezko’s pizzerias in Wisconsin, according to court records.[5] In 2005 he took a stake in Rezko’s South Loop development at Roosevelt Road and Clark Street, a deal estimated by observers familiar with the details at $170 million.[2]

In 2008 Stuart Levine, the U.S. government’s star witness in the corruption trial against Rezko, asserted that Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, were among the guests at party in Auchi’s honor that took place at Rezko’s residence on 3 April 2004.[5] While Obama has acknowledged his ties to Rezko, a spokesman said that the senator responded that “Sen. Obama does not recall meeting Nadhmi Auchi at any time or on any occasion, and this includes any event that may have been held for Mr. Auchi.”[5]

In 2008 The Times of London reported the discovery of state documents in Illinois recording that a Panamanian company by the name of Fintrade Services lent money to a funderaiser for Obama in 2005. Fintrade’s directors included Ibtisam Auchi, the name of Mr Auchi’s wife. Spokespeople declined to answer when questioned about whether he was linked to this business.[6]

The Times also reported that Auchi’s company loaned Tony Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Rezko’s lot and Obama’s new home were purchased in 2005.[7]

I apologize if I offend.

However, the infiltration of moronic trolls here has made me rather cynical and inpatient with BS statements that have little thought and no truth or relevance to the topics at hand. Not that your comment wasn’t rational — it was — but sometimes it’s hard to tell friend from troll.

I might agree with you on the “elastic clause,” if not for the fact precedence has been set by Congress for decades now: 1) They KNOW what “Natural Born Citizen” meant at the time our Framers referenced it (otherwise why try to modify it in the first place) and; 2) Congress knows they cannot make modifications to Art II, Sect. 1, Clause 5 without involving the states via the Amendment process.

Black Panthers
In the ‘60s and ‘70s, Cuba openly supported the black nationalist and Marxist-oriented Black Panther Party of the U.S. Many members found their way into Cuba for political asylum, where Cuba welcomed them after they had been convicted of crimes in the U.S.
