PLEASE DISTRIBUTE TO ALL AMERICANS - THIS IS NOT A DRILL!
Good information to pass on to the sleeping public. It is preaching to the choir for most of you. Redistribute to the sleepers.
9+ States have now declared sovereignty... Add Washington to the list.
In case you didnt hear about it on the mainstream media (which you havent because they want to keep us asleep), numerous states are currently declaring or have already declared sovereignty, including:
Washington

It is interesting to note that Arizona explicitly speaks about continuity of government and the role of servicemen.
...if the President or any other federal entity attempts to institute martial law or its equivalent without an official declaration in one or more of the states without the consent of that state ... individual members of the military return to their respective states and report to the Governor until a new President is elected;...

The Tenth Amendment was intended to confirm the understanding of the people at the time the Constitution was adopted, that powers not granted to the United States were reserved to the States or to the people. It added nothing to the instrument as originally ratified. United States v. Sprague, 282 U.S. 716, 733 (1931).
I heard about something similar last week at Plains Radio, but have not heard anything since. Have no idea what it means, but if its secession, I hope NC gets on that list!
Missouri’s bill has been superceded:

Last I checked, 110 House members have signed onto the bill as sponsors.
Thanks for posting! Interesting thread
You know the One Worlders, Globalists, and Free Traders are shaking a little more nervously now.
What would peacenik Dems do if a state were to secede? What would Globalist GOPers do? Hopefully not unite with the Dems...
Awesome!
now we just need a contiguous block of states with coastal access to pass this stuff.
great idea! Except - damn it! - we live in the Peoples Republic of Massachusetts. You know Deval will follow Zero right off the cliff and take all of us with him.
Can’t move, can’t sell house.
The revolution begins.
Same problem here, except it's the People's Republic of Illinois.
my empathies to you and yours.....
I seriously want to move out of MA in the next 5 years. Can’t right now, but I’m looking ahead.
I’m going to be following these state’s sovereignty movements very closely. If only we could carve out the southeastern states in a block...
While searching around, I stumbled into this website:
http://www.tenthamendmentcenter.com/
It’s nice to have a Constitution that means something, but I wonder what the motivation for this website might be. Once all 50 states pass sovereignty laws, then what?
The New Hampshire bill will not pass. No way. Nice try though.
Viva La Revolucion!
Apparently the spark of Freedom, has not died!
Hopefully Texas will secede..... We have our own natural resources and are not on the national power grid. :)
Missouri’s doesn’t look as strong as the others. While the claim of soverignty is there, the Missouri bill is specific to the Freedom of Choice Act.
I wish my state, Missouri, would put a lot more teeth into it like the other states.
Thank you for posting that comment on martial law. New Hampshire also says something about martial law but the Arizona statement is a bit different. Service people report to the governor in Arizona until a new President is elected....
Wow.
therightsideoflife.com
is posting information on these state initiatives. I keep checking their website for new information.
I wouldn’t make too much of this. These “sovereignty” bills
are regularly introduced and come to nothing. Like Charlie
Rangel’s annual re-introduction of the draft, they’re just
political posturing.
But we can dream . . .
