It is interesting to note that Arizona explicitly speaks about continuity of government and the role of servicemen.

The Tenth Amendment was intended to confirm the understanding of the people at the time the Constitution was adopted, that powers not granted to the United States were reserved to the States or to the people. It added nothing to the instrument as originally ratified. United States v. Sprague, 282 U.S. 716, 733 (1931).
Many on here seem to think this is about states wanted to secede. It’s not about that at all. It’s about power going back to the states, and the federal government keeping it’s nose out of individual states affairs and not telling the states what to do.
My understanding is that the NH bill was just shot down by the Democrats, who considered it “inexpedient to legislate.”
As for the status and age of the others, I know not of their standing or origins.
NH bill shot down by Democrats: “inexpedient to legislate” was their response. I think the Democrats need to be expediently tossed over the NH cliffs and laid upon the rocks of the Atlantic shores below! WE will never regain our Republic, until every last liberal is squashed flat.
