Exactly--the position of the Supreme Court is that there should be one common rule for Federal elections, not 50. States have limited ability to regulate federal elections--their "time, place, and manner," Click on the link to the Supreme Court case I noted at #32 or here. While the current cases discuss Congressional elections, there is no reason why the same logic wouldn't apply to Presidential elections. Any legislation concerning provding a birth certificate would have to come from Congress.

I really don’t know what to think of him. He sounds 100% sincere, just like he did when he apparently called Coast to Coast a few years ago talking about shooting two bigfoots. (My difficulty there is, like everyone else, I can’t be 100% certain Bigfoot doesn’t exist. Either he shot two real bigfoots, or he has trained in the art of sensationalism. You tell me.)
Common sense suggests Ed Hale is legitimate, and is simply hitching his radio career to the Obama fraud. Nothing wrong with that, although continued success can lead to selling out as it apparently has with several other public personas whom I won’t mention.

The good news is we don’t depend on people or personalities.

When I went into the US Code website it read something totally different. So Obama could virtually be a terrorist with a lot money behind him who started weaving his life story beginning with his books, then Obama used thug type tactics to win the Illinois senate, then used money and media manipulation to get to POTUS. Because he was elected he now has clearance to all intelligence and the ability to start a nuclear war? Not to mention set us firmly on the path to the NEW WORLD ORDER.
