Officials at Occidental College in Los Angeles, Calif., have been served with a demand to produce records concerning Barack Obama's attendance there during the 1980s because they could document whether he was attending as a foreign national – in one of three fronts now established by those contesting the president-elect's constitutional eligibility for the Oval Office.
The Supreme Court and Congress also both are being challenged to address the worries that Obama doesn't meet the requirements of the U.S. Constitution that the president be a "natural born" citizen.
WND has reported on a long list of legal cases raising questions over the issue, and several of those have reached the U.S. Supreme Court already. Justices have so far declined to give any of the cases full hearings on their merits, but another conference remains on the Supreme Court docket for Jan. 23 on the issue

No impeachment. That is only for eligible presidents.
Fraudulent presidents are arrested and imprisoned, along with all those who aided and abetted the fraud.
I don't even expect that. Congress will say the question is moot once the Affirmative Action President is sworn in. They would not impeach, since that remedy is only for "high Crimes and Misdemeanors", and if perjury doesn't qualify then nothing a democrat/socialist does will qualify. There is no question that the usurper is here to stay. The question is whether we're in for four years of soviet socialism or four years of national socialism.

...on the up-side, there is a huge pile of dung out there somewhere, and a massive propellor has begun to slowly spin. It will take a couple of years to fully gain speed and momentum, but for all intents and purposes it should be good-to-go in a couple days time.
Also sighted is a large flock of homeless chickens, hovering in the airspace in-and-around Washington DC, in a holding pattern. Their arms are going to get tired really soon, say in a couple days or so and they will need to land.
Soon these things will be Obama’s problem. This should be interesting to watch!

Fraudulent presidents are arrested / not so jfk beat that rap.
Nixon, who unlike the Democrats, was never crooked. He did not want to tear up the nation over the fraud perpetrated in Chicago and so he never challenged JFK’s election.
Dick Nixon put this nation before his personal aspirations, even during the silent coup that was Watergate.
As I see it there are but two possibilities that are reasonably likely.
1. Our dear overlords in the elite deciding class have quietly been informed of the disturbing contents of 0bama’s birth certificate; he was born in the USA but something really embarrassing to him is there, and our dear overlords have decided that it’s enough for him to account to them privately, he need not be accountable to us. We have no standing. We are not entitled to proof, his discomfort is more important than ours. No need for court of justice. This decision would entail some specific dear overlords, like 0bama and the CJ who will swear him in. (Do we want to believe this of John Roberts?)
2. 0bama was not born in the USA, is stonewalling the dear overlords, and they do not give a damn whether he’s qualified or not. They don’t want trouble.
The second possibility requires us to believe that when it comes to the rule of law, 0bama and Roberts (et al.) are ultimately guys in the same neighborhood. It’s just a matter of whether they’ve talked privately, or not.

Thank you for your correspondence concerning the lawsuits regarding the qualifications of Senator Barak Obama to serve as President. It was good to hear from you and I appreciate the opportunity to respond.
As you may know, plaintiffs have filed several lawsuits against various defendants over the definitions of the constitutional requirements of the Office of the President and Mr. Obama’s ability to meet them.
I greatly appreciate the insight and concern of my fellow Missourians on the critical issues before the House of Representatives. At this time, most of the lawsuits on this matter have been dismissed by judges at the trial and appellate court levels. The Supreme Court of the United States has also dismissed one case. Another case, on appeal to the Supreme Court is awaiting a decision on whether they will review it.
The Democrat Congress will not consider this issue. If trial courts are unwilling to hear the case and decide the outcome based upon the evidence, then only a procedural argument can proceed to the appeals courts. Those arguments are legally difficult to win. Barring a court ordered examination, little chance exists that a copy of president-elect Obama’s Hawaiian birth records will be opened to the public unless requested by Mr. Obama himself; which he has as of yet refused to do so.
Again, thank you for taking the time to contact my office. I share your concern for protecting the U.S. Constitution, and, I will certainly keep your thoughts in mind if I have the opportunity to publicly address this issue.

What does served with a demand mean? Is that a legal term? Or does it mean that someone wrote a letter to Occidental asking to see the records? It doesn't sound like there was a subpoena involved....
Yes, the Supreme Court is quite capable of saying that “natural born” simply means born without a Caesarian Section.
Yet, this is not going to go away. BO is apparently hiding something. In fact, he is hiding most aspects of his life (including college transcripts.) After all the adoring hysteria fades, and reality sets in, these subjects will keep coming up.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with me regarding the citizenship of President-Elect Barack Obama. The Constitution is the bedrock of our republic and I share your concern that the provisions contained within it are followed.
In the question of President-Elect Obama's citizenship, I have no reason to doubt the statements regarding the matter issued by the State of Hawaii. The Heath Director for the State of Hawaii has verified that President-Elect Obama's original birth certificate is on file and conforms for the short form birth certificate released to the public by the President-Elect's campaign. That said, I, like you, am puzzled as to the why all the documents have not been made public.
I understand that many citizens remain concerned about the legitimacy of the publically available documents and citizenship narrative. In this case, it is appropriate for these individuals to avail themselves of the judicial process. As a Member of Congress, I work alongside 434 other intelligent and strong willed individuals in an intensely partisan arena. The Halls of Congress are surely not the appropriate venue to settle delicate questions of constitutional process.
By my count, no fewer than five cases have been filed to litigate the various concerns expressed by members of the public. Not one of these cases has successfully challenged the President-Elect's citizenship, but several requests by the appellants for the Supreme Court to review their cases have been heard. The Justices have refused to review any of the lower court's rulings, although at this date several requests are still outstanding.
It is important that this process is followed to its conclusion and that citizens have their day in court. At the end of process though, all citizens must respect the decision of the court regardless of the outcome.
Again, thank you for voicing your thoughts on this issue. Although we are not in complete agreement on this issue, I do share your belief in the importance of every clause of the Constitution.
