As I see it there are but two possibilities that are reasonably likely.
1. Our dear overlords in the elite deciding class have quietly been informed of the disturbing contents of 0bama’s birth certificate; he was born in the USA but something really embarrassing to him is there, and our dear overlords have decided that it’s enough for him to account to them privately, he need not be accountable to us. We have no standing. We are not entitled to proof, his discomfort is more important than ours. No need for court of justice. This decision would entail some specific dear overlords, like 0bama and the CJ who will swear him in. (Do we want to believe this of John Roberts?)
2. 0bama was not born in the USA, is stonewalling the dear overlords, and they do not give a damn whether he’s qualified or not. They don’t want trouble.
The second possibility requires us to believe that when it comes to the rule of law, 0bama and Roberts (et al.) are ultimately guys in the same neighborhood. It’s just a matter of whether they’ve talked privately, or not.
Highly unlikely and as I said on a previous thread last night that concern about the Supreme Court’s decisions without comment not to hear the cases challenging Obama’s qualifications are being misconstrued and my take is that there may be two reasons why this has occurred:
It may have been decided without comment because they considered the issue as a “Political” issue and will not interfere because of the hue and cry raised in the 2000 election and believing it should now be worked out through the process of the political system. The first reason leads into the second.
The second reason would be that because it was a political issue it was not suitably “Ripe” for decision until actual violation occurs.
After Obama takes office, the " Ripeness" issue exists and a violation of the Constitutional requirements for holding office in fact exist. Then the fun begins because it is now in fact a case of possible violation of the Constitutional requirements for holding the office of President of the United States. He could be ordered to produce appropriate documentation to establish the fact he is a natural born citizen and qualified or, if he can’t, a Constitutional crisis then arises. In that case, two additional states vote for a Constitutional Convention are needed and then guess who appoints the delegates to that convention? A Democrat controlled congress! As that Russian recently commented, the U.S. will split apart and civil unrest will be everywhere. You think Obama, that allegedly brilliant Constitutional scholar and Professor, hasn't thought this out you are kidding yourselves! He could have simply put all this to rest by producing his Birth Certificate but instead it’s Chicago politics as usual.

3. Some crackpots keep filing lawsuits that go nowhere because they have no merit, and WND keeps hyping them. But nothing will happen because there is no evidence that there is actually a problem.
