Did I hear that somebody turned up a birth announcement in a Hawaiian newspaper for O’s birth? Or was that as true as the “official” copy of his BC on his website?
What happens if it’s proven before January 20th that he isn’t eligible? I don’t think Biden becomes President because the election itself becomes invalid. It’s not like he was impeached or something happened to him.
Question #2 — It is true, is it not, that O and the DNC are/were paying lawyers to fight the release of the BC? If they are really fighting this thing, then that’s just another amazing example of media bias, as that’s the sort of thing (paying attorneys to cover up a simple fact) that would normally attract a HUGE amount of press coverage.

If it turns out BO is a fraud this election was a fraud and we should start over. Bush stays in office until we nominate, and revote. I see no reason this could not be done in a month. East of the Rockies votes for a nominee on Thursday and West of the Rockies votes for a nominee on Friday. Monday we get the results and the two with the most votes are the nominees. We vote two weeks later. The DNC should be responsible for returning all money generated over the two years.

IMO, If he were a dual citizen at birth (UK & US), the FF would have disaproved. They were concerned about divided loyalties and foreign influence. Sadly, it would only fly among strict Constituionalists.

Recall he went to see his White Folk Grandmother with his lawyers in tow right before she died. He got her safety deposit box key and removed all contents that would infer he was adopted in Indonesia and never changed his name legally to Obama. And is still an Indonesian Citizen.

I’d settle for President Clinton if the USSC finds that Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be president, although I don’t know how such a revelation would actually change things.

What if all of the FReepers gathered signatures from as many people as possible who are willing to be part of a class-action lawsuit, filed in courts across the nation, claiming that their Civil Rights have been violated, based on the established fact that the US Constitution is a legally-binding contract between the Government of the United States and its Citizens, and that allowing a Constitutionally-ineligible person to serve as President is a Breach said of Contract, that has jeopardized the Constitution itself as the Law of the Land, and of our Civil Rights as guaranteed by Law.
We can show, quite clearly, the damages have already resulted from giving Executive Powers to a person who has no legal right to invoke them, and who has no legal authority to control the Executive Branch of Government; that such a person intends to use these Executive powers to the detriment of the Country, the Constitution, and the People.
It can be proven, in a court of law, that the Citizens of the United States have suffered damages as a direct result of these illegal actions, through the loss of their income, jobs, Happiness, and the Right to speak freely, without fear of retribution, as guaranteed by the First Amendment.
