Quinn & Rose this morning announced that US Attorney Peter Fitzgerald (yes, THAT Peter Fitzgerald) is bringing a RICO case against ACORN. Accusations involve mass voter fraud and allegations brought by the Clinton Campaign against them as well.

It is Clinton — that explains the emails on Acorn coming out of Clintons4McCain several days ago asking everyone to get them moving. I went back and forth with one and she alluded to something major coming out on ACORN because Obama’s campaign used ACORN to steal the election from Hillary according to them.

This may be why we saw a subdued McCain at the Town Hall — they knew it was coming as anyone getting emails on Acorn from the Clintons was forwarding to the campaign.

ACORN fraud finally being investigated. Fitzgerald plays it down the middle with corruption.

What’s your beef with community organizers?

Don’t you want to Chicagoize this nation?

The Founders’ vision must be changed, don’t you know?

We community organized the markets and now we can community organize the nation.

Yeah right so if the election was held tomorrow McCain would get 75% of the total vote

McCain will win easily (and Obama knows this). Then, the day after the election, the media will claim that the election was stolen because the polls showed Obama up. Then the Obama supporters will start "getting into our faces". Listen to Carville's comments and put 2 and 2 together.

Maybe a photo I.D. would be a good idea? FGS, we’re on the voter “honor system”!

“We still have a (somewhat) working justice system. Things are NOT that bad yet...”

(Excerpt follows)
Judge labels GOP’s voter challenge as ‘political chicanery’
Molloy withholds ruling; Democrats say they will press case

By JENNIFER McKEE
Gazette State Bureau
HELENA - U.S. District Court Judge Donald Molloy issued a scathing order Wednesday lambasting the Montana Republican Party for challenging the registrations of thousands of Montana voters, but he stopped short of an actual ruling in the case.

Just so you know the players here, Molloy is a Clinton appointee. Also a really, REALLY “good democrat”.

...and you were saying something about a justice system?

It's also unconstitutional. The constitution specifies a single day for voting.

The Congress may determine the Time of choosing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.

Cheating in Illinois is just extending their web of evil for practice “just in case”. Can’t be too careful, you know. /s

I honestly don’t think the Ayers ad was the “big news”. That’s nothing new, and nothing big enough to start the furious rumors the last 8 hours.

From your keyboard to God's ears, but the folks on "Fox 'n Friends" intimated that was THEIR "big news".

I continue to remain hopeful, but as somebody opined on this thread or another, once subpoenas are sent out, there is a veritable gag order on all information. If ANYTHING is to come of a RICO investigation, it won't be until 2011.

Of course, just knowing who was subpoenaed would be good from an oppo-research point-of view.

I said “somewhat working”. I am not blind to the problems. However, we are not to a point where justice is NEVER served! The problems we face can still be overcome. Keep in mind that my comment was in response to what I perceived as a possible threat. We don’t need to stoop to the level of William Ayers to save our country!

No, there are rules about not being able to add or remove people 90 days before an election.

Rules??? We don't need no steenkin' rules! (ACORN) This HAVA Act was suppose to be fully implemented by all states by now.

I thought so. Wasn't it to have been fully implemented back in 2006?

When Obama claims that this is an ACORN he never knew, he will be setting himself up beautifully for a fatal blow—he never knew anout Wright, he never knew about Ayers, he never knew about ACORN—he’s just too darn naive to be president of the most powerful country in the world—he’s either gullible or a liar—both disqualify him. I hope this ACORN stuff is an October surprise to beat all Ocotober surprises—he will not be good for this country—he is a puppet being manipulated by the Soros bunch of fascists who think they know best how to manage our freedoms and behaviors.

I agree. I myself received an absentee ballot request in the mail for a former occupant of my home. I can just imagine someone with not as much respect for our country trying to take advantage of the “opportunity” and attempting to place a vote for the candidate of their choice using an absentee ballot request such as I received - especially if they thought it would help Obama.

I do know in our state that we were under Federal Order January 2006 not to have any elections until we were in compliance. Some how, our NJ Supremes got involved. Our voter rolls were never brought up to date, we had elections and got Corzine out of the deal.

::don’t know, all the states are being tracked separately::

Maybe that is the big announcement people keep hearing that is coming on 18 October — Hillary endorses McCain. She could even switch parties and say the Democrat Party left her and she is going back to her roots as a Goldwater Girl.

At this point in the election, nothing would surprise me.

I'm not sure we can do away with that though.

I'm not suggesting that we do away with absentee voting, only that the rules should be tightened up. As it is I can vote absentee and set on my couch on election day 200 yards from the polling place.

You can be darn sure that Obama’s “activist groups” are NOT peaceful! And they are organized.

There was a poster on another thread much earlier this morning that related something rather scary. Keep in mind this is hearsay, but I have no real reason to doubt this...

The story goes that this FReeper’s friend emailed her a little bit ago to tell her what was happening in her daughter’s school. Her daughter attends a school that is majority Black. The last few weeks many boys started showing up wearing camo pants and black shirts. When the girl inquired of her classmates what was going on, and why was everyone dressing like that the boy replied, “You’ll know soon enough”. She asked again, and again his answer, “You’ll know soon enough”. Whatever it is, it’s not good, and I truly believe that Obama - like Odinga - will cause the largest uprising and violent riots we have ever seen in this country. (I’ll go back through my pings to give a source for this story, and respond to this post on this thread with the link to the original post in a moment).

They are setting things up bad/well. They have already organized offices across the country to teach young people Saul Alinsky methods for radical uprisings and such. The Obama campaign is coming out saying things like he will win in a landslide. Add that to the charges of corruption with Florida years ago, and you’ve got a lot of people really ticked off - especially young folks who don’t have the life experience to see through some of the propaganda.

I fully expect riots when Obama loses - no matter by how much. Even a landslide win by McCain I don’t believe will prevent this. For Carville to come out expecting this as well - I would take it darn seriously. He is by far not the only one to warn of this happening...

If you haven’t seen the Obama/Odinga video I seriously suggest you spend the 8 minutes and watch the entire thing. Obama is the one who HELPED Odinga and ADVISED him what to do. Odinga’s supporters went as far as to burn a church filled with women and children inside - what should’ve been a sanctuary - they burned it to the ground and those innocent people didn’t have a chance... I could go on, but you get the point...

Here is the link to the Obama/Odinga video:

“At this point in the election, nothing would surprise me.”

This election has been absolute insanity. I was thinking maybe Hillary would start her own party, but who knows. I think she realizes that a 3rd party is a tough road to hoe, and I don’t know if she’d go it alone as an Independent.

These are definitely interesting times.
