Now, what Russia is doing ,just like 9.11 7 years ago, will pull USA's attention from CHina again....then CHina may luckily get another "gold 7 years" to arm itself economicly and militarily...
May Gold bless CHina!
Anyway, this new turn of event between the U.S. and Russia is actually good for China and Chinese.
The U.S. is always looking for an enemy, a bad guy. Or a couple. Just so they can be the “good guy”. Now that the U.S. has its hands full with the Islamic terrorists and Russians, they will leave Chinese alone.
Which means Hollywood — the biggest culprit of fanning anti-Chinese sentiment in America — will also start making movies with Russian bad guys instead of Chinese one.
then ,China can throw more resource to earn more money ,when USA and Russia throw more money into wars and fights.
So?
And FR moderators are always looking for Chicom trolls. Later, dipweed...
Well you must know of the ancient Chinese strategy of let “barbarians” fight “barbarians”. If this situation gets worse though, they will have to pick sides.
IBTZ!!!!......................
Well said, Mod !
The Germans were the ones pushing Kosovo’s independence.
The US just went along.
Vi King Ki Ti is not amused!..........
ESAD CHICOM!
There are other things that China is factoring into its decisions. It has billions of dollars invested in US bonds and sells billions of dollars worth of goods in the US. As far as being a business partner is concerned, the US is reliable - it operates under a systems of laws, not a system of expropriation and thuggery like Russia.
China is crucially dependent on trade and overseas investments. If its economy tanks, with widespread unemployment, there is likely to be rebellion at home leading to instability of the regime.
China may be distrustful of both the US and Russia in political terms, but it will be very cautious about doing anything to upset its position in the US market or to do something to damage the US economy.
BAWHAHAHAH...wiping tears from my eyes....
dude seriously....are you engaged in this world at all or just viewing it thru a prism...
why dont you go back to dharfur and give some more of that chinese wisdom....i am sure they will welcome you...
How much worse it would be to be Chinese with a
perpetual historic victim
mentality.
Whenever thugs take over countries they always have to find an enemy - usually the big dog. So they always choose the U.S. Unfortunately the soviets (whoops, Russians) have an unbelievable inferiority complex that has driven their history. A dysfunctional state if there ever was one.
did i make it?????? if so, buh bye
“The US just went along.”
That was the German Air Force conducting bombing run after bombing run over Serbia?
Obama was part right when he said the US shouldn’t set bad examples if it wants to criticize actions such as Russia’s invasion of Georgia. He just had the wrong example (as usual). We should have stayed away from the Serbia/Kososvo situation beyond some humanitarian aid.
Among other motives, the Russians are taking a swipe at the US as revenge for our action against Serbia. And they do have a point as the Serbia/Georgia situations do have some things in common.
Smoking remains of early morning zot here.
