Why should Americans respect a group of people that can’t figure out how to use flush toilets?

I already avoid Denver like the plague of leftist locusts that it is. I watched the circus from the safety of my mountain lair. ; )

If you weren’t so transparent, you could have become a famed troll like Ponder Life or Comrade Jing.

Hey, honestly, quit calling me a troll.

A troll, is by definition, someone who scours a political site like FR, to post things for the purpose of provoking others.

I personally am not interested in provoking anyone, but rather, present a perspective that many on the FR have not considered, or more accurately, unwilling to consider. And to point out that FR is every bit as politically correct as the those on the other end of the political spectrum.

Just as there are certain issues you could NEVER convince Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton about (and ya'll know what I'm talking about), many on the FR are just as stubborn.

It is true however, Russia has drawn attention away from China. But this is more than just a matter of good fortune as badguy2200 has stated, but rather a REALITY of the world. If China, today have the same MAOist government of past, there would be reports of armed conflict that would include them. The clashes in the 1960's with Russia, India, and in the 70's with Vietnam was how they settled things.

But they don't do it anymore, and that is the REALITY. And what Russia did with Georgia, well that is the reality of that part of the world. And China will buy time, not because of good fortune, but because of the reality of China today and the continual reality of the rest of world.

In others word, China will continue to stay away from armed conflicts because they have learned that is how economic prosperity is acheived. Many other countries have not learned that, and so, it will continue to happen and continue to draw attention away from China. The main reason why China has so much attention, is because of the political correctness perpetrated by the likes of those on the FR. It works it's way through the local legislatures and into senate.

Thank God, not everyone on Capital Hill agrees with the China naysayers. And political, economic and even military cooperation continues between the West and China. In fact, it will only deepen in the coming decades, and yes, it will be helped along by political clashes like the Russia/Georgia conflict.
