Won't happen, because The Base hates Mexicans, though It doesn't mind losing all of our jobs to China...it's Mexico. Mexico is evil. As long as libertarians can continue beating that bigoted drum, we're not going to get together on ANYTHING.
That's just creepy. Really creepy.
Amen to that.
Use a screen to prevent splashing and long tongs to turn.
If you want to deep fry a WHOLE chicken, invest in a propane powered frier/steamer. Shoot them up teal good with the sauce of your choice and fry according to manufacturer's instructions. Peanut oil works best. We buy it by the 5 gallon jugs to deep fry whole birds. For this method though, I recommend a whole turkey.
Ah, slow roasted lamb with rosemary...and a touch of crushed garlic and bay leaf! You’re making me HUNGRY!
Bush as been fighting the Big Oil accusation for years, with no effect. The moron bloc is the moron bloc. They don’t WANT to think, and reasoning with them just makes their eyes glaze over. They take the easy road every single time.
Lam is good smoked in either hickory, but applewood is better: it adds a sweet taste to any meat, without being cloying.
A bit of fine sarcasm is obviously lost on you.
Yep! For Sure.....
Swallow Hard and Vote for McPain!
But it still is nice to dream... then
there is Lynne Cheney for Vice President..WOW!
Well I'm not going to let this go by without an argument.
Just who the hell is this "Base" you are accusing of hating Mexicans? I daresay that many folks posting in ernest and passion on this thread are part of this "Base" that you dismiss with such careless and thoughtless words.
I went back and read the thread to which you reply with this nonsense and it was a dialogue about Bush's and his attempts to promote drilling of our own oil between Rodguy and Bray.
I agree with both of the posters in that Bray wanted Bush to continue the effort while RG lamented Bush was too far gone in lame duck status.
Then YOU, Mr or Mrs. Cake Crumb, come on with that comment about "The Base" hating Mexicans and just who is this hateful BASE?
US?
Are we this Mexican-hating Base us awful people who really, really resent illegal immigrants invading our country which is nowhere near the same thing as "hating Mexicans".
I await your explanation. Because to dismiss those of us who want a coherent and logical immigration policy as Mexican haters is just plain damn mean.
Not to mention I never, ever heard of dipping chicken pieces in tomato sauce before covering in flour before frying but I'll allow as it might be a local thing.
Living in Fla. it's obvious that the rat stream media has successfully waged an anti-big oil campaign down here for dozens of years.
They never once dealt with any truths, only photos of oil soaked beaches or coral rocks stained with crude oil.
Every time a cruise ship burps up effluent dockside we hear about it on the DBM.
It's all calculated to make little liberal lemmings of us and it's has worked very well. Even with our supposed elected reps who would rather hide under their desks than fight save for one in N.Fla. who does rep the truth.
Never have the DBM in Fla. reported how major storms in the Gulf have produced "0" none, nada, no oil spills since new technology is ready and willing to handle most any problem that can occur these days.
It's all so much Barbara Striesand,BS,all geared to change minds and create a weak pliable populace that will do the bidding of a huge left wing government.
Ironically now that we do have the$4.00 a gallon gas what do we hear? Different technology, let's try solar, wind power, corn power, never drill more, never a solution that does not fit their neatly sodded let wing programs.
? They,DBM/DNC are ready to ride the ship down into the depths if that's what it takes. Once again just like terrorists looking for those 72 virgins.
It's,(energy tainted liberalism) been headed our way for years and the only thing the RNC has done is hide under the desk or give in.
Once again I repeat my mantra, these clowns running the DNC/DBM respond just like terrorists do. Show them you are weak and the DBM bus will run you over and over until you are dead.
Show them you are super strong, will fight back and they will change their agenda like a chameleon and go to the next topic to see if they can fool you there.
I repeat where in the hell is Ronald Reagan II.!!!
I was thinking that myself while watching him--he fairly sparkled. But then I remembered that he was one of the prime movers (probably at McCain's behest) of the Amnesty atrocity.
It's a damn shame because he's usually quite good on most issues, but that issue is too big to ignore. It's sorta like the good looking, way smart, good sense of humor, fun to be around terrific guy who wants to marry your daughter except that he's a serial killer.
OK, neither Kyl nor McCain are serial killers, but one of their main goals will destroy the USA and reduce us all to the lowest common denominator.
Sigh... I was so thrilled to vote for Kyl as my senator not too long before he was exposed as a Grand Betrayer.
Little Juan has a problem. He’s against racism but the Democrats are not. What’s he to do? He’s at odds with DNC policy and history, and that’s why he seems on both sides of the race issue so often.
As for Michelle Obama and her husband, Barak Hussein, they are just as racist as anyone. It comes from their church and association with black liberation theology.
Regardless, I cannot envision Aunt Ester in the White House. And, once Obama is elected, if, IF, he reverts back to his pals (Rev Wright, Farrakhan or any of the others), it’s too late. Same thing with Hillary, for that matter. I’m not sure America wants a return of either the Clinton’s or Rodham’s hanging around the White House.
Jim Webb is from the other end of the barrel so he thinks Chinese success (after about 3 centuries of total disaster, much of it wrought by rampant use of addictive narcotics) is due to diplomacy.
The White House Website has details of the President’s address at the World Econimic Forum.

When I was younger, Japanese products were all considered to be junk. That sure changed.
A few decades ago, the media was telling everyone the Japanese economy was so strong, that America was in decline and Japan would overtake ours.
Point being Jim Webb is clueless and trying to make political points out of nothing. He’s an idiot and fear monger, just like every other Democrat and the MSM.
Just my opinion.
Now, the only way to look at the Mexican thing is that so many of them have illegally moved here that any attempt to increase legal immigration to pick up the supply of newly minted PhDs from Asia we need is doomed to fail.
Not only do the Mexicans not increase productivity in the high tech sectors, their presence deprives us of acquiring those who can do so.
They have to be sent back home so that our industrial and agricultural sectors have an incentive to develop more automation. They also have to be sent back home to make room for the guys who can develop more automation.
It's a very simple equation. Frankly I am surprised that supposedly smart guys in the NAM, Chamber of Commerce, Farm Bureau Co-op, and other major institutions representing productivity seem unable to understand it ~ unless, of course, their motive is simply to have a large number of cheap lawn mowing guys and inexpensive bed warmers around.
