Jim Robinson is in surgery today and the last thing he needs to be worried about is whether or not the freepathon is going to continue for another day/week/month.
In the words of "Larry, The cable guy"... LETS GET 'ER DONE!!
Thanks so very much for your update on Jim’s progress.
Please keep us posted as much as you can.
Amen!
Father, may You guide and direct the best course of action for Jim Robinson. Convey wisdom and discretion to all the medical staff, that they may do what is best according to Your will and plan for Jim.
In Jesus' holy name, we pray.
Thanks for the update. I’m still praying.
Thanks for the update, Syncro.
Glad to know you have your laptop, Jim, and that you can get on line when you feel up to it. Lots of people are praying for you. And we are hoping to be able to come up on Sunday and see how you are doing.
I hope you get a good nights sleep and that Sheila, knowing you are in good hands, has a restful night too. :-)
“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe”—Prov. 18:10.
Jim, the Lord is your strong tower. We are praying for the decision you must make today.
” And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”—Phil. 4:7
He will give you peace, and wisdom to make this decision.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble.”—Psalm 46:1
He will not leave you in the midst of your trial.
“So we say with confidence,”The Lord is my Helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”—Hebrews 13:6
The Lord is in control, and He stands ready to help.
Jim, I pray for strength for today, and hope for tomorrow—listen to wise counsel, and commit your decisions to Him who is the lover of your soul. He will never leave you, nor forsake you. Nor will He try you above what you are able to endure, with His help.
Thanks for the update JustAmy and your continued help to JimRob. Prayers continue from the PacNoWest for the best possible outcome.
I want to add my prayers for Jim and Sheila for the best possible outcome. May God be with them.
Just my experience, do what you and your doctor's think best. You continue to be in my prayers.
We’re still putting in a good word for you with the man upstairs. Hang in there.
I pray that he continues to get the rest he needs and that the doctors’ decisions and hands will be guided by G-d Almighty.
I am having others pray as well. I will add prayers of strength for the whole family. And for you, Amy.
I pray that, should this be God's Will to go this route, that the healing of body and soothing of spirit be swift, and Jim Robinson can resume this incredible adventure the world has come to know as FreeRepublic.
Heavenly Father, I pray that the Power of the Holy Spirit will so overwhelm Jim and his family, that decisions made about his health care will have come from the Heart of God. Lead them in the way they should go, Merciful Father, that they soon will know the blessedness of a return to joyous health. Guard and encamp around them ... protect from further infection ... let nothing interfere or hinder a successful recovery. May the love of the FReepers and the prayers of the saints be an encouragement and comfort to Jim and Sheila and their family during this time of trial.
In the Name of Jesus, we Praise You for Your Love and Mercy, Amen ...
Thank you for the update. Very early prayers this morning for Jim and Sheila. Thanks be to God he was able to sleep, thanks be to God for pain relief. Prayers for doctors, nurses, family, and most especially for Jim, for peace of mind and heart.
Thanks, Syncro. Prayers continue for Jim, Sheila, family, and recovery.
I’m so sorry to hear about an amputation, but sometimes that is the only way to go, in order to heal. Very glad to hear there is less pain; praying that continues. It’s so hard to think, when you’re hurting.
God bless you, Jim, with health, peace, and comfort.
Thank you so much for the updates.
God has answered prayers in getting JimRob into the hospital. ...that is where he needs to be.....and it sounds like he is finally getting rest and help with the pain and getting rehydrated and antibiotics in him. From your report, sounds like all that has helped so much.
Of course the left leg - oh how we ask God to save his leg if there is any way to do that. But we know and trust that God IS IN CHARGE and will bring healing however it must be done.
His promises are true. I thank God for all the good medical care that has come to Jim and will continue to come to him.
I thank God for all the people who are praying for Jim and for your efforts to keep everyone updated.
Our God shall supply all JimRob’s need according to His riches in Christ Jesus!
