There have been several stories which explain Foster’s major function in Little Rock an in DC. He was a courier who would take cash from big-time wannabe’s....and deposit it in a Swiss bank account. His reputation in Little Rock was to quietly get the job done.
Based on some stories going around....a month before the suicide...he had arrangements set up to make another run to Switzerland....probably to take a courier package in (for himself and others). He happened to call and check on his account....and found it empty. The only offered explanation that came up was that the treasury department had “taken” the money. Apparently...what the Clintonites didn’t grasp as they moved in...Bush I had enacted extreme measures to go after Americans hiding unreported money outside of the country. If the treasury department found such money and could prove it...they would simply use their own capabilities to “steal” the money. The owner wouldn’t say a word because he was in serious legal trouble if he got mad about the whole thing.
So some folks think that Foster found his money gone...and then began to find other’s that he worked for in hiding money...whose money had been taken. He likely was very upset about his losses...but the others could have been extremely upset and took blame out on this guy. I would imagine that one or two of them likely brought their hired guy up and ended up shooting Foster. The Clintons knew precisely what he was doing and what his function was....because they likely had money hidden as well. So nothing could be said...because Bill’s little empire would collapse. So special handlers came in and moved the body out to be an appearance of a suicide.

I don’t think that’s important at all! One might not shoot well with their off-hand, but it’s not like you have to aim when you’re putting a gun in your mouth. I don’t think he was a suicide, don’t get me wrong. But being left-handed doesn’t matter in this case. Now, if the suicide note was written by a righty???
Starr wasn't appointed special prosecutor until a year after Foster's death. Hillary must have been psychic.
Foster was, in fact, right handed. But regardless, gun powder residue was found on both his hands.
Did the wh ever give up security video tapes of people leaving the WH that day?
AND he was their bag man -- he was the one making trips to Switzerland to carry money to their numbered bank accounts.

The involvement of Craig Livingston makes this whole thing stink. Why was some low-life,low-level flunkie given the job of identifying the body? He had an awful lot of access.
And Vince wasn’t the only one she has had offed.
From what I’ve read, Vince was an ethical man who really had a problem being an insider to the Clinton crime syndicate.
Simple as that.
No finger prints on it either. How does one tear up a suicide note in little pieces and leave no prints? I guess Vince was "sweating" to much : ) Btw, did the investigation ever take handwriting samples from any of the Clinton personnel?

And who picks up the phone to order a man like Ken Starr to cover up a murder?. Even after reading “Tragedy and Hope”, I find this implied fact mind-boggling. It would seem that a credible threat of deadly force would have been needed, so who are the hired guns of the super-establishment? Did the same people get Ross Perot to drop out of the Presidential race in 1992? My tin foil hat is too small.
That long ago already? Wow, time flies. But the Clintons probably have a number of people still looking over their shoulders hoping that they don’t “commit suicide”.

From what I read, the Clintons had still at the six-month mark of “their” presidency, not put their assets into a blind trust. Hillary! had already started making money selling short on pharma stocks with the threat of a nationalized health care plan. Foster made a number of trips to Switzerland and was suspected of being the Clintons’ bag man. He was also supposed to file their blind trust paperwork but couldn’t get the paperwork done to their satisfaction (too much dishonesty even for a bagman?). The Clintons found someone else to file the blind trust paperwork; Foster knew too much, so he was expendable.
Vince's body was found on July 20.
