The mere fact that they are alive is a testament to our benevolence.

Terrorists will come for the ACLU last, and the ACLU will help them every step of the way.

That is like saying Hertz is responsible when I use one of their cars in a bank robbery.

Why is the ACLU still in business? There was legislation to ban them from getting reimbursed for cases they lose, which would effectively shut them down. Again, Congress has no cojones.

"Boeing helped the CIA."

Indefensible! Now, had they helped the KGB, that the ACLU could (and most likely) would defend.

I am finally getting around to reading the 9/11 Commission Report, and it reports that some captured al Quaeda were renditioned to Arab countries in the 1990s. I guess it was ok back then.

A company that makes & distributes flight-planning products / data actually supplying flight-planning materials to an agency of the government. Earth-shattering.

<Yawn/>

“The American Civil Liberties Union said Wednesday it is suing Jeppesen Dataplan Inc., a subsidiary of Boeing Co., claiming it secretly flew three of the CIA’s terrorism suspects overseas, where they were tortured.”

Hey, they got a free airplane trip. What more do they want?
(bad attempt at sarcasm)

How’s about we round up all the members of the ACLU and ship them overseas to be “interrogated” by the CIA?? Dispicable hateful people, these ACLU dunder heads.

"Either they knew or reasonably should have known that they were facilitating a torture program," he said.

Now there's a non-starter. I hope they remember to duck when this case is thrown out.

The subbject of this lawsuit is based on PURE BS.

The object is to create NEGATIVE PUBLICITY for Jepps, and get them to drop the contract they have for updated charts, that was REQUIRED BY LEGISLATION after Ron Brown’s Crash....

First things first: what standing do they have? None. Let the terrorists themselves sue.

Someone tell me that we, the American taxpayers, are not footing the bill for this one.

The sooner the ACLU can be overthrown the better.

.

The ACLU has “no standing” in even filing this alleged incident

Any judge that allows the lawsuit to go forward should be subject to the “Pelican Brief” scenario

That include Sandra Day O’Con who is now lobbying Congress for huge cash grants to produce ads and leftist agenda propaganda that will oppose any oversight of the judiciary

At a time when our very existence as a nation is in jeopardy why on earth has the Justice Department failed to shut down the ACLU and toss the asshats who run it (and fund it) into prison?

This strikes me as neither a conservative nor a liberal issue. It’s a matter of common sense — treasonous speech and behavior are NOT protected under the First Amendment.
