No, there is no evidence the CIA did anything wrong at all, just the word of an enemy of the USA and the 3 guys they represent.

Had something gone wrong, a more apt anaolgy would be like saying the gas station that let you put fuel in your rental vehicle would be responsible.

Not even that. Jeppesen doesn’t own any airplanes, I don’t believe. They mainly provide flight data, flight plans, and charts to pilots and airlines. It’d be like Garmin being responsible because you rented a Hertz car with a Garmin GPS in it, and then used the car in a bank robbery.

according some tort lawyers YES the rental company would be responsible. The lawyer types want to extent proximate cause to its most absurd connection.
