A former principal who kissed the feet of three male students to settle a bet on a volleyball game entered a no-contest plea to a misdemeanor sex charge.
Holloway told authorities he paid each student $15 and kissed their bare feet 50 times each in the school's library and gym to pay off the bet on a student-teacher volleyball game.
"It's not behind me yet," Holloway said as he left court.
Carpentiere said 400 photos depicting adult foot fetish behavior were found on two school computers seized from Holloway's office. The photos depicted the scenarios that he had engaged in with the boys, Carpentiere said.

Well, Weegee, that makes two things I've learned today that never occurred to me. I thought I was jaded, but I'm beginning to feel downright naive. (Actually, it's kind of a refreshing.)
If you accidentally vomit on someone, can you be charged with a sex crime?

After I posted, I got to wondering, is “First Base” sex? It IS a base. So is kissing (no tongue) ‘sex’?
Are we sure that we want to criminalize this? What about hugs? Holding hands?
How about voyeurism? Not being a ‘peeping tom’ looking in windows, or even photographing closeups. But if you go to the beach and watch girls walk by, could you be charged with a crime? What if they are wearing a thong?

That’s the second John Waters’ related reference in this thread. I learned about Roman Showers from Waters’ “A Dirty Shame” and have to wonder if some of these things (like ‘donkey punching’) are just made up by someone on the net.
I’d say since he paid them it was solicitation. But then so is a kissing booth at a charity carnival.
And as to the bet, did he take a dive?
There was a character on Seinfeld who’d make these “dinner” bets with pretty girls, things like “Darth Vader was in Star Trek, I swear, I’ll buy you dinner if I’m wrong” so he could go on dates with no resistance...
