Well, Weegee, that makes two things I've learned today that never occurred to me. I thought I was jaded, but I'm beginning to feel downright naive. (Actually, it's kind of a refreshing.)
If you accidentally vomit on someone, can you be charged with a sex crime?
If you say, "Kiss my foot!" is it sexual harrassment? Flirtation? An overture?
There is so much that I don't understand...
After I posted, I got to wondering, is “First Base” sex? It IS a base. So is kissing (no tongue) ‘sex’?
Are we sure that we want to criminalize this? What about hugs? Holding hands?
How about voyeurism? Not being a ‘peeping tom’ looking in windows, or even photographing closeups. But if you go to the beach and watch girls walk by, could you be charged with a crime? What if they are wearing a thong?
