Oh, we receive more snow than people think. Place like Amarillo and Dalhart really get it during the winter. If we get two inches of snow, it is not unusual for Amarillo to get a foot. There is a reason why ranches in the area have drift fences.

Also, here a text version of the story. She is being charged with counts of attempted kidnapping. Was her judgement poor? Yes. However, the station and it attorneys approved this action. Also, keep in mind that she basically wandered around the halls. I am not excusing the action, but I do think that the cops also goofed.
