I was born and raised in Wiesbaden,Germany.I met my husband there,while he was stationed in Wiesbaden ,with the US ARMY.We moved to Salem,Oregon ,after my husband got out of the Army.We have two kids 12 and 17 years of age and both go to public school.I am a working mom,but still find time to volunteer at my childrens school . I believe that parents need to be involved in their childrens education and need to be active in schools,to ensure proper education.
