The MSM troops have begun to rally around their man.
Interviewing Ted Kennedy on MSNBC, Chris Matthews referred to the controversy over Kerry's comments as a 'brouhaha' and a 'rhubarb. Kennedy was of course only too happy to agree, calling the controversy a "diversion" and even casting Kerry as the victim, claiming he is the "target of Republicans" reacting to his criticism of the war.
A bit later in the hour, Matthews flatly claimed that Kerry only meant to say that Bush hadn't studied enough before he became president and thus got us into a mess in Iraq, and later still:
"I think he meant to go after the President."
To quote that great student of human behavior, John McEnroe: "you cannot be serious!"
He must have "orchestrated" about 10 times in the first minute of the program when talking of the GOP response.
VIETNAM WAR VETERAN (did you know he was in Vietnam?) JOHN KERRY'S TESTIMONY BEFORE THE SENATE FOREIGN RELATIONS COMMITTEE, APRIL 22, 1971
"...they had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam in addition to the normal ravage of war, and the normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied bombing power of this country"
BUMP!
Crissy and Keith Olbermoann are both failed abortions in my opinion. They are slimey and are both from the same mold. Can't stand either and I imagine that Olbermoann will really go off the hook on TV tonight.
That smell......the smell of the death of liberalism. That sweet pungent smell. Go farther left boys....we cannot wait. Go left Obama. Kerry. Hillary. Go left. Breathe it in.
Was Little Chrissy born without a spine, or did it just dissolve slowly over time?
Hey Chrissy, sorry but nobody's buying what your're selling. Almost everyone who heard Kerry's shameful remarks understands full well what he meant,, and that he has given a glimpse into what he really believes -- that he and his elitist Democrat cohorts are better than the rest of us, especially the average citizen who risks their lives in the service of our great nation by service in the US military. This could'nt be more clear.
Of course Prissy Chrissy will find no fault with the traitorous Kerry....
Not only is Chrissy an asswipe for the DNC -- he also squats to pee and doesn't want that to get out..
Semper Fi
Did anyone not expect Mathews to cover for Kerry?
You owe me a new monitor.
The people that post on FR about MSNBC must be the only people watching; given their puny viewership stats.
Thanks for posting these, but they are all busy! LOL
I agree with Matthews..... Ummm, You can't read or hear too well? I feel sorry for you.
I was also struck by how relatively well and articulate Teddy seemed. Much more composed than Kerry!
Yes, that would be the post-parade broom and bucket I was talking about.
I meant to pick the winning numbers in the lottery, but I didn't!
I think he misspoke and it went downhill from there. I think for Kerry it was easy for him to make the error, because I think in his heart of hearts he really believes that those in the military are dumb, but I don't think he intended to say it.
Even if Kerry simply made a stupid mistake and really did intend only to make a lame and stupid 'stupid Bush' joke rather than slur the intelligence of people who choose to follow the path of America's military service, I see no reason to let him off the hook. Even if that were the case (and I'm not convinced that it is), it is so sickening to see the lefties (such as Kerry) claiming ad nauseum that Bush lied, Bush is stupid, Bush is Hitler, when the truth is that he is/did none of the above, that I'm all in favor of milking Kerry's gaffe as much as possible. He and they richly deserve every bit of scorn that is being heaped on them. The Demo/Commie crybabies can dish it out, but they sure can't take it...
That made me choke on my cocktail!!
And let's not forget his fairly recent comments about our troops in Iraq raping and pillaging men, woman and children. It's all part and parcel of what this man is.
