I've never posted a new thread before and was going to put this with Santa Ana but now there are details so I think it needs it's own thread.
Reports for help from all police to respond to Vista, California for unrest related to the immigration protests.
I'd been hearing sirens racing north on 15 for over the last 50 minutes and was trying to find out what was going on, as after hearing and seeing groups of 2-6 patrol cars racing up the freeway sirens wailing every 4-8 minutes made it apparent something was going on.
Guessing this is near the location of the problems since this is where the 'rally' is listed as being earlier today.

The 12-packs of beer are starting to kick in....as someone referred to above!

I just heard an idiot on KTLA blathering that the protests were only about immigration and that if both legal and illegal immigrants suddenly dissapered that it would be noticeable and prices of products would go up. I didn't listen to the rest of his diatribe because I got angry and changed the channel. I loath the media.
Not a whole lot in downtown Seattle, 10-15-20K maybe. But they did have an incident where a car was given a police escort throught the crowd, with the crowd being real po'd, they arrested the driver. I think he was just a non immigrant type who needed to drive somewhere and got a bit fed up.
John Carlson on KVI radio reported he saw no degradations of services at all, and there was an added bonus of the morning commute being a bit lighter than usual.
The Sea-Tac area is not really a hotbed for the immigration issue, there are far more people affected in eastern Washington, Idaho, the Yakima area, where they have the fruit trees and large agri interests.
Is this on tv? radio?
If they will do that drunk while not legally in another country, they would do other crimes sober.

Sounds like they do NOT have a crew on the way, though I'm guessing that KFMB and KNSD (and maybe KGTV) will for the 11 o'clock news.
If this many cops are still racing up there, I can't imagine this is winding down.........so the other stations surely will try to lead with it at 11? Or at least some of them.
Now they're back to TJ rally report and border crossing things.
Are there no other "illegals" in this country who will be screaming for amnesty if the Mexicans get it. Where will the line be drawn. I profoundly suggest it be drawn now, before the huge mistake is made. My citizenship means nothing if illegals are given citizenship and I'm ticked as hell about that.
