Go Brownback! Comparing Roe to Plessy!
Yesterday we made fun of idiot 'Rat Senators who were foolish enough to bring up Miers. I guess today we have to make fun of posters who can't stop beating a dead horse.
Alito is up for confirmation, not Miers.
Plessy! Plessy! Plessy!

Brownback: Superduper precedent Plessy got overturned.
Brownback is good. Showing the fallacy of settled law can't ever be overturned, never, ever, ooops....
Up to the minute parphrase recapitulation of the hearings. Very helpful aid.

WE can have charts also...LOL..Sam's doing a great job..
Brownback mentioning USSC bad decisions, that should be overturned. Such as a decision (supported by Holmes) permitting a state to force sterilization.
This is fantastic. Of course, it will not make any newcasts.
I wish somebody would say Super Double Secret precedent.

Diane K. Weeks, a county Democratic committee member from Mendham Township, agreed that Christie would be a "formidable candidate." She said he likely would end up in the race, perhaps at the last possible minute.
While acknowledging Christie's strengths, Weeks said it remains a mystery how voters would react to Christie upon learning his stands on issues beyond governmental corruption.
"His record, other than political corruption, has not been vetted. He has done an outstanding job in ferreting out political corruption. In that way, he's been a political genius. However, there are other issues in New Jersey where he has not shown his cards," said Weeks, a federal prosecutor in New Jersey from 1987 to 1992.

Great tool, great site. Thanks!
I'm waiting for someone to initiate a suit against prison psychiatrists in California who are giving drugs to inmates who show signs of "mental illness" just because they dislike homosexuals.
Someone is going to get hit in the head with one of those boards. Hope its Schumer.
