settled law...If the dems. want to continue to play dumb, Republicans can always bring in Obama and attempt to sell him...should get the point across that settled law can indeed be overturned. Although I could see Kennedy put in a bid..he's heard there's a 25 million dollar bounty on his head..
That was so obvious that I can't believe the dems ever tried to assert that no 'settled' cases could possibly be overturned.
