SAN JOSE -- Curtis Dean Anderson surprised a San Jose courtroom today by pleading guilty to the kidnapping, molestation and murder of 7-year-old Xiana Fairchild.
The Vallejo girl disappeared on her way to school in December 1999. Anderson had earlier pleaded not guilty to charges that he sexually assaulted and killed her as she was held captive at his San Jose boardinghouse room

Let the parents decide. I can only imagine what my wife would do to any SOB who would lay a finger on our children. WTF would make a person want to harm a child? Thank G_d I just can't fathom it.

The DA will not pursue a death penalty, the perp is already pretty shaky medically per the DA. He will likely pass on well before legal appeals would be exhausted and a final solution could be applied , make that final solutions injected.
