So by Kennedy's reasoning, he left Mary Jo in the backseat of the car to protect her privacy? So he wouldn't invade her space?

If I were Mike I would be worrying about "slip and fall" accidents until then. Any time you deal with the clintonistas....

OH by the way anyone see or hear the mob reference done by Howard Fineman against GW this morning on Fat Chris' show? He referred to GW as Don Corleone and "head of the mob", even Chris made a comment. But then it's Fineman and he can say or do......

"Me thinks you jumped into a conversation without reading prior posts for context, lawdude."

My bad. I read the comment I quoted as a stand-alone. Then I went back one more with the same tenor. Sorry.

Been out all morning..just reading through to catch up..This is the best news I've heard in awhile.

I think most of us are up to HERE with the MSM's willing potrayal of this administration as corrupt liars.

Whatever info the administration has- it's time to let it loose.

FNS:

Mara seems to be right in that Reid and the Dems won the closed-door session:

from Secret session was year in the making:(Handful of Dems in on plan that originated w/ Daschle)

When the chamber reopened about two hours later, Frist named a bipartisan task force to report on the intelligence committee's progress.

It would seem that the Dems won again and forced the Pubbies to cave.

"They are losing their sanity over not being able to catch Bush doing the things Clinton did."

Probably true, though I question how 'sane' some of them were to begin with.

Nice chatting w you fine FReepers this a.m. I gotta run now - off to help Santa find some presents for my 3 yo nephew :-)

Kristol says a collegue of his is begging to be allowed to go public with info in Iraq/al Qaida ties but the WH won't let them

BullSh@@. Pure utter nonsense. Kristol is supposed a journalists. The idea any journalist would be sitting on such a story at the behest of the WH is pure nonsense. Just more of the pretend to defend while spending all my time whining at my own side Krisol is famous for. That is why he is th dinasour Media's favorite talking head. He can be relied upon to spew rat talking points while pretending to be a "Conservative".

"GW has been losing in the PR arena."

Only if you believe the polls, and the pundits. I don't.

I chastised Tony Snow on his show thread one morning for using poll numbers without reporting on the overage of democrats being polled.

He did respond but the answer was certainly not satisfactory.

Wilkow just did a good rant, talking about how it's not Bush's approval ratings in MSM, but you hear disapproval ratings... He talked about one CNN USA poll that polled 500 people and said how the heck could you poll 500. So he only thought it right to look at Clinton's from the 90's on (which were never below 38% disapproval, usually in the 40s). He talked about taking into account those who were not sure and didn't vote and how they're skewered.

It would seem that the Dems won again and forced the Pubbies to cave.

I saw a piece on FR yesterday by Ollie North. He said Frist really blew it and that he should have called for a "privilege vote" demanding everyone vote on the question who wants to withdraw from Iraq now. I had never heard of that procedure before and I have to agree that Frist was out foxed yet again.

I see Schumer (like many Democrats) is saying that they trusted President Bush decision that Iraq had WMDs, and that gets them off the hook for all of the statements made that Iraq definitely has WMDs.

The logical weapon against this tripe is to ask these Democrats very publicly if their constituents send them to Washington to make decisions or if it is normal to allow the head of the opposing party to make up their minds for them.
