A new Gallup survey asks the question:
Which of the following statements comes closest to your views on the origin and development of human beings: Human beings have evolved over millions of years from other forms of life and God guided this process; human beings have evolved over millions of years from other forms of life, but God had no part in this process, or God created human beings in their present form exactly the way the Bible describes it?
And the poll results are:
Evolved, God guided: 31%
Evolved, God had no part: 12%
God created exactly as Bible describes it: 53%
You won't see this poll quoted in the MSM.
We don't know: ? %
I always find these polls interesting, but also have to wonder: So what? Even if 99 percent of those surveyed believed God had no part in creation, it wouldn't have any bearing on the truth.
No option for ID?
Even if 99 percent of those surveyed believed God had no part in creation, it wouldn't have any bearing on the truth.
Or if it is, the healine will read "88% of people polled are stupid"
It could have a very big impact on the truth.
Evolutionists are using the schools to 'print the truth' rather than fight a battle of facts they are intent on controlling the text books and the history books. Using no less than stalinist tactics they will force children to confess to a reality without God.
Eighty-eight percent are stupid? LOL Would that be those who buy the evo story?
The liberal Dems are living proof that there is no INTELLIGENT DESIGN.
Next you're going to attack them as leftists, am I right? Ad hominem at its worst.
No, the 88% is the percentage that believed that God had something to do with creation. The 12% are the ones that said God had nothing to do with man's creation.
Must be the polymer chains ringing. Art Linkletter had a show awhile back that illustrated the fundamental reason you get results like this.
They could have tossed in, "I don't believe in dinosaurs, do you?" and the poll would be just as valid.
Oh, and how many of these good Christian folk voted for the 'toon and continue to vote to maintain the abort industry? Hmmm?
True. But if this poll is truly accurate then it would be a basis for extending the debate between evolutionist and creationists into the schools.
No, that's overwhelming evidence of de-volution. Things don't evolve into better things (unless we build them, ie intelligent design) they de-volve into stupid, usless things.
LOL - I know. I was making fun of evos for believing nonsense.
Is the Flying Spaghetti Monster a God?
Stalinist in the sense they are using the government to reprint history.
