Time Magazine, School Event Expose Massive Cultural Campaign to Promote Homosexuality to Kids
Concerned Women for America ^ | October 7, 2005 | Robert Knight and Benjamin Frichtl

A TIME magazine cover story and a recent pro-homosexual school event should leave no doubt that homosexual activists are recruiting kids into homosexual sex and a “gay” identity, using “tolerance” as a ruse.

The TIME October 10 piece, “The Battle Over Gay Teens,” which includes not a single reference to the extremely dangerous medical consequences of homosexual behavior, especially for boys, includes these details:

• A cocktail party in Manhattan with billionaire liquor magnate Edgar Bronfman, Sr. and Clinton political strategist David Mixner was held in May to raise money for the Point Foundation, a scholarship program to turn “gay” kids into homosexual activists...

I worked for public schools. I know how teachers "roll" (as the kids put it)

In the face of homosexual activism and the the state DPI, they'll roll over.

Remove your kids from this toxic environment. Even if it's inconvenient. Even if it hurts financially. Even if your liberal dinner friends condemn you. If your kids really want to swing that way, they'll seek it out.

Following your instincts can be scary.

But don't be afraid to do what is right.

Just to let anyone know who doesn't already know, the referred poster defending the "born that way" theory of homosexuality states his own opinion, over and over again, as though it were fact.

The truth doesn't matter to him, only supporting the lies of the homosexual radicals matter. I've yet to see him debate facts or cite sources. Because he can't.

it is very doubtful that those differences in brain structure are due to learning experiences.

That's your opinion and you can't provide a link to a credible study that supports your opinion. As Satinover says in The Gay Gene?:

I'll bet people who pray regularly have certain enlarged portions of their brains!.
The hypothalamus is the site of most of those differences, and based on biological research on animals, the areas of the hypothalamus are linked to the control of sexual behavior.

And here's what Simon LeVay (a homosexual activist and scientist) said of his own work on the hypothalamus:

"[His 1991 research] made the unassuming LeVay one of the most misunderstood men in America. "It's important to stress what I didn't find," he points out with the courtly patience of someone who long ago got used to waiting for the rest of the world to catch up. "I did not prove that homosexuality is genetic, or find a genetic cause for being gay. I didn't show that gay men are 'born that way,' the most common mistake people make in interpreting my work. Nor did I locate a gay center in the brain--INAH3 is less likely to be the sole gay nucleus of the brain than part of a chain of nuclei engaged in men and women's sexual behavior. My work is just a hint in that direction--a spur, I hope, to future work."

Source: Interview with David Nimmons (March, 1994) "Sex and the Brain", Discover, Vol. 15, No. 3, p. 64-71.

That was 11 years ago and nothing has been found to further any support for your position since then.

Many researchers report many gay and transgender children know they are different by age 2 or 3.

Don't spout this nonsense without a credible source to back it up.

Again, I will offer a word of caution about quoting Paul Cameron.

Stop changing the subject. Who's quoting Paul Cameron? You really know nothing about the man other than what you've read by homosexual activists Mark Pietrzyk and Andrew Sullivan, both of whom have been discredited by the facts surrounding Paul Cameron.

Also, check out some of those late night dating shows. For whatever reason, girls seem more susceptible than boys (for now, give it time). The whole bisexual thing is really big among young women, and that can be entirely attributed to positive exposure to the idea. In other words, they were recuited.

That's not the only possible explanation. Another explanation is that there is more hostility directed towards male/male pairs than female/female pairs, so the girls have less reason to hide their bi-sexuality, whereas the bi-sexual boys only go out with girls.

Also, if you can't recruit, then explain the bisexual thing.

So then, if sexuality is something one is born with, then you'd necessarily only be attracted to a single sex?

Remove your kids from this toxic environment.

Excellent advice.

Even if it's inconvenient.

Unfortunately, too many parents find it too inconvenient. That tells me the parents put too much value on the wrong things... our kids are our legacy, so let's have the best legacy possible!

Take the case of women with androgen insensitivity syndrome (AIS). Externally, they are female and often quite attractive women. They are also attracted to men. A chromosome count will reveal they are XY, genetic male.

You are basing your position on the topic upon a rare genetic mutation. That is akin to basing a position on obesity upon a glandular dysfunction. That is ridiculous.

I was just in Uganda there and the govt was encouraging private schools. Lots of entrepreneurship and competition there for education and I think it will work.

Hmmm ... the education system here in the U.S. started out as private organizations. Vouchers would certainly allow for the posibility for privatization. Sounds like the people of Uganda might be a step ahead of us.

"Being Gay" or a being a homosexual is a BEHAVIOUR ...

So then, if you had, say, a man who was attracted only to other men, and he went off and became a hermit and had no relations of any sort with any humans whatsoever, he wouldn't be gay? What would he be?

He would be a man.

Let me rephrase my qeustion somewhat: if the hypothetical hermit is not gay, then is he straight, or asexual?

The traits of the boys who were labeled as homosexual i.e. intelligent ,studious and quiet.

That sounds like a case of jocks calling "nerds" homosexual as a means of putting them down. I don't think I've ever heard of gays being stereotyped as quiet.

As a parent of a toddler boy and girl, this piece provokes my rage and my terror simultaneously. And where is the government on all this? Wnhy isn't Bush's DoJ suing districts left and right for civil rights violations against religious students?

It's amazing how many times you and the individual you are rebutting have gone over this. He spouts his opinion as though it were proven fact, never citing any sources. Then you prove him absolutely wrong, with abundant references.

Then it happens again. And again.

He shamelessly parrots homosexual agenda talking points with never a fact to support his bias, whereas your points are sourced and referenced every time.

It's obvious that you've done a lot of research on this topic. I have read only a little bit about male-female brain differences.

Do you have children, punster? I home-educate mine, and so I am able to see everyday how their young minds are formed, and how vulnerable children are. It's so obvious that every single TV program or commercial, every single paragraph read, every single experience with other people, with other children on the playing field, at the park, and so on, is conditioning them to act a certain way and feel a certain way and form a particular viewpoint about the world.

I would argue that even "straight-ness" is a learned behavior.

An entire generation of people could be conditioned to be "gay" if you started when they were very young. Men could be conditioned to find masculinity attractive, and women could be conditioned to find femininity attactive.

It would be very easy for someone to do, if the person were diabolical enough.

the issue to ponder here is that their brains were influenced BY their behaviors over time to become irregular when compared with the brains of the average adult, heterosexual male.

Yes, we're constantly hearing how environment affects the formation of the brain, continuing into the teen years, aren't we? That's why those in favor of socialized education are arguing for "universal preschool" based on the premise that a person's brain grows certain connections in only the first three years. Then they say the brain continues to develop other areas through childhood and adolescence, and so it's so important to make sure children learn certain things at certain points in their lives.

And yet, somehow, the same people will promote the idea that a sexual behavior is genetically determined before birth and can never be changed.

Ironic, isn't it?

One would think normal differences in brain structure would at least match one's anatomy. If you desire something you can't even physically accomplish without purchasing a spare part at your local sex-toy store, then I think it is fair to say you were not "born that way" or at least "born to be that way." At best, you could argue bi-sexuality. Clearly everyone has got heterosexual parts, so homosexual desire would leave all homosexuals in the bi-sexual category. Even then, you would have to admit abnormality, since the desire is contrary to the biology.

It was freeper gidget 7 who described gay activists deliberately targeting quiet boys trying to brain wash them to believe they needed homosexual love. Deadly diseases are running rampant in the homosexual community. I think the parents have a case for attempted murder.
As for gays not being stereotypically quiet I am sure you are right. Which is why I am convinced this was an attempt to bully children into homosexual sex. I would be just as disturbed if homosexual activists were targeting boys in art classes and cosmetology classes( no offense, I know their are macho artists and cosmetologists). School is not and should not be a sexual playground. The ancients knew lust was one of the seven deadly sins.

I don't know.

Seems like a pretty odd way of breaking the ice at a family get-together.
