FOX News (Click here for MUST SEE Video) ^ | Brit Hume and Major Garrett

Posted on 09/07/2005 3:35:54 PM PDT by NickatNite2003

Just heard on FOX that Blanco refused to allow supplies to be brought to the stadium, "Because they wanted all those people to leave, and they didn't want to create a magnet to bring others there, by bringing in food and water!"""

The Pollsters put out these loaded push polls, in which they feed the results to the MSM for distribution.

Oh, no doubt about that. What I'm pointing out, though, is the media pre-work -- the constant drone of spoon-fed catch-phrases and prefabricated, pre-thought thoughts -- that grooms people for such polls. Like a courtroom, where you never ask a question without knowing what the answer will be, the media-groomed mind can be reasonably reliable when it comes to puking back answers that mesh perfectly with the propaganda they've been fed. I realize that this is somewhat a "chicken and egg" kind of thing, but the poll answers did not emanate from a vacuum; the seeds for those answers have been sown, watered, fertilized and carefully cultivated by a media machine with a distinct bias. That the fruit on those trees turns out to be poisonous ought surprise no one, least of all any among us.

I agree! I literally stood up in my den and yelled YES! Kudos to Major Garrett for his lowkey fact based report. Kudos to Britt for his masterful questioning of Garrett.

"The state Homeland Security Department had requested--and continues to request--that the American Red Cross not come back into New Orleans following the hurricane."

You missed the second para...

"I will say it again, did the RATS intentionally make things worse in LA to use as a political weapon?"

It appears so. These are dangerous, evil people.

Blanco's actions are still no excuse for the Mayor's lack of leadership.

I listened to Bernie Kerick on Hannity today talk about the many disaster plans they had in NYC (though not for terrorist attack on the WTC), that they practiced and drilled repeatedly because of the leadership of Giuliani.

So when 9/11 happened, they implemented what they already had planned, and saved thousands upon thousands of lives.

And Rudy was on the streets helping all the time.

LEADERSHIP. Not a drop of it in Nagin.

Brit knew just what questions to ask to get to the truth.

He deserves the title of reporter.

I've been wondering about that. Broussard's letting his people go back in while everybody else is trying to get people evacuated.

Why is Blanco's husband doing her job?

Why would the Gov. (represented by her husband) want to prevent people from going back to their homes?

..."Which makes 13% all the more remarkable...
--Damn, I'd think their is at least 15% that would blame GWB if their bowel movements were off. (Likely the same 15% that wants the government to do everything but sh*t for them). The MSM must be befuddled that their best efforts to point and smear have hit such a thud. It will naturally take the Dems a little bit longer.

Nah, the dems stay in power because they bus those poor black folks to the polls along with their dead relatives to vote. They were the margin that gave the state to Blanco and Landrieu.

It was funny to see Brit ask the leading questions, as if he didn't know the answers. Stickin it to Blanco where it hurts.

I apologize. I thought that the INDICTED Mike Brown that Hugh Hewitt mentioned today was Campbell Brown's father. Cambell's father is Jim and he's OUT of jail now. Thanks for the clarification.
