New Orleans Mayor Suggests CIA May Take Him Out Over His Criticism of Federal Efforts (CNN)
CNN TV ^ | 3 August 2005 | AmericanInTokyo

Posted on 09/03/2005 2:59:43 PM PDT by AmericanInTokyo

On CNN just now. New Orleans Mayor Nagin, apparantly stressed out, in interview segment, said he has been yelling at the President and the Governor, and for all he knows, the "CIA could wipe me out". (Paraphrase) Just now.

Turning into a strange, macabre show now. Blame continues, spiraling out of control. Sad. It even raised CNN's eyebrows a bit.(5:57 p.m. Eastern/4:57 p.m. Central)

Nagin said late Saturday that he's having his legal staff look into whether he can order a mandatory evacuation of the city, a step he's been hesitant to do because of potential liability on the part of the city for closing hotels and other businesses.

Pineville (Central Louisiana State Hospital)

The criminally insane used to go to Jackson (East Louisiana State Hospital, f/k/a Louisiana Insane Asylum.) I dunno where they put them now.

I know this could strain even the most temperate among us, but I post it anyway. It is from a word given to the Church by Patricia King on December 25, 2004:

"Prayer for government leaders will be of utmost importance in 2005. Christians must be careful not to verbally curse or judge them in their hearts, but to cry out in their prayer closet for God's righteousness and wisdom to fill government leaders."

"His drugs have run out"

Don't laugh. You maybe correct, although I have no proof. However, he did make a comment earlier this week--and I only heard part of the question---and part of his reponse but it went something like: "I'm not on drugs, I'm not talking crazy stuff here..."

Could their be rumours? NO is kinda' of a crazy place.

This is the man chiefly responsible for this mess, and he is absolutely out of his mind.

Usually, the feeble minded black Democrat mayor can say a few sentences before one realizes that he/she is a completely clueless imbecile. This one need only say about two words.

Katrina flushed any future political aspirations Nagin might have had right out to the depths of the gulf.

He is acting like he's going through withdrawal. And taking strange actions at great risk, like moving he and his group out of the Hyatt before the Superdome was empty....probably thinking I'll catch hell for this, but I gotta' get to my stash, and quick.

He's either completely cracked or just 'jonesing.'

It could also be a desperate attempt at forcing the feds to provide him with some additional security, because he's afraid of his own municipal personnel.

Consider the possibilities: New Orleans is well-known to be more-or-less controlled by "certain business elements" who prefer a "low profile". Anyone who makes it to the Mayor's office is, shall we say, mighty beholden to those folks, and they in turn "take good care of him".

Now, his incredible incompetence has just cost those nice folks a hell of a lot of money, and unlike our government, those folks demand and enforce "accountability". I believe his fear is justified, but it's not the CIA nor disgruntled constituents he fears.
